heavenly.

school year at the age of 5, he remains 3 years completely paralyzed.

having passed the sound engineers competition of the test studio in 1943, while he
was resistant. He then works in the research department, in contact with Pierre
Schaeffer (member of the Association "Work and Culture" in 1946, with Louis
Pauwels).
Expert in methodology from 1952, scientific writer, he became a member of the
"Invisible College" ufology Jacques F. Vallée in the 1970s (along with his friend
astrophysicist Pierre Guerin).
In 1958, during the publication of his book Mysterious Celestial Objects devoted to
the wave of UFOs of autumn 1954 in France, he imagines, with the collaboration of
Jacques Bergier met in 1953, his famous theory of orthotenia which postulates that,
over a short period of about 24 hours, observations of unidentified flying objects
(UFOs) are aligned on the surface of the Earth along large circles, the first identified
being the so-called "BaVic" line. Bayonne-Vichy. The use of computer simulations,
followed by the identification of errors in the selected testimonies, leads to the
definitive refutation of this hypothesis in 1976.
Member of the editorial committee of Lights in the night from 1969, he wrote many
articles on Ufology, mysticism, the animal world and other subjects in very varied
journals (Arts, Science and Life, All Knowledge, World and Life, Larousse
Encyclopedia "Discovering the Animals" in 1971, Planet - Cantor of the fantastic

cultural workshops under the auspices of the journal Planet at Cefalù in Sicily, on
the theme "Life in the Sidereal Universe".
He writes the screenplay of the TV sequence Mycenae, the one coming from the
future.
His readers generally appreciate his strong interest in "anything beyond the
human" and the challenges of the mind. Qualified as a free spirit by his entourage,
his stated objective was to be limited by no external constraint.
He was a great friend of the controversial Jacques Bergier and Louis Pauwels, and
defined himself as a "pathological" rebel. (France).

Thirteen thousand reports did not prevent the US Air Force from declaring that
UFOs did not exist! US Air's latest public investigation project is about UFO, which
began in 1952. Its purpose was to explain the UFO sightings, for whether they
constituted a danger to National Security, or whether UFOs could bring scientific
knowledge to the authorities. Reports were collected, analyzed and ranked
according to their results. Nobody noticed anything until a member of the
investigative team sends his own report observation. This report was filed, but
when the man wanted to refer to his statement, she was gone.
He then speculated that the reports that remained unexplained were removed from
the files and sent to a higher authority; this thesis has now been adopted by many
ufologists. The Blue Book project was abandoned in 1969, at the following the
publication of the Condon Report. One of the investigators, Dr. J. Allen Hynek, then

UFOs; he believes it's impossible for a UFO to cross distances of several light years
because of the quantities tremendous energy and time needed for such a trip.
His theory implies that the only method of transport that can be used is linear and
that the speed maximum of a vehicle is the speed of light. Robert Lazar then

- ET's exhibition law –
In July 1969, this Act was added to the American law without no public debate.
It forbids anyone to come into contact with UFOs or ETs. If a person exceeds this
law, they can be fined $ 5000 and imprisoned for 1 year. In addition, a NASA
administrator has the power to determine, alone, whether a person has been
'’exposed to an ET'’, and may quarantine that person for an indefinite period of
time. This decision can not be overturned, even by order of a court of law, making
this law completely illegal vis-à-vis the US Constitution. This Act makes anyone
involved in a '’Close Encounter’'. As this Act is in Title 14, Section 1211 of the Federal
Regulatory Code, very few people know it because you should go through at least
1210 other laws before you find it. (USA).

- F.O.I.A (Freedom of Information Act)
US Access to Official Documents Act by American citizens. Unfortunately, this law is
not helpful in this regard. UFOs, which have a higher security classification level
important than thermonuclear missiles! It's an American law that allows the public
obtain copies of Top Secret reports by order of a federal judge. The judge can refuse
to disclose these documents in the event of danger to national security. This theory.
In practice, this law has not been reliable, because if a group obtains information,
another group may be denied access to these same documents. If the government
deny holding documents that you are looking for, maybe he does not tell the truth.
We know now that the government had declared that it did not hold certain
information, whether made public afterwards. (USA).

Gray Barker, born in Riffle (Braxton County, West Virginia) on May 2, 1925 and
died on December 6, 1984 (aged 59), is an American ufologist who led the
Saucerian Publications.
1956 Gray Barker publishes their book They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers,
first book dedicated to Men in Black. (USA).
Gray Barker reportedly introduced for the first time into They knew too much about
flying saucers (They knew too much about flying saucers) the ufology theme
"men in black". In the late 1990s, John C. Sherwood revealed
finally that Barker published in his ufological fanzine, in the form of articles,
(thus presented as objectives) texts which, initially, were submitted to him
as being science fiction news.
Men in black would be a legend that he created from scratch, before it was
recovered and repeated in UFO folklore. His work is nevertheless a classic of ufology
and was translated into French in 2002 with a presentation and annotations of the
sociologist Pierre Lagrange. (USA).

- Guieu (Jimmy Guieu)
Died (France).
Jimmy Guieu (literary pseudonym of Henri-Rene Guieu), born March 19, 1926 in
Aix-en-Provence and died on January 2, 2000, is a sci-fi writer, essayist ufologist and
French radio man.
1954 Science fiction writer Jimmy Guieu publishes The Flying Saucers from another
world at the Black River.
Jimmy Guieu writes his first novel at the age of 25 for the Black River editions. The
Pioneer of the Atom (1951), very inspired by alchemy, is the number 5 of the famous
collection "Anticipation", which has counted two thousand and one titles, all authors
combined. Until 1984, he published eighty-two novels in this collection, of which he
remains one of the leading authors.
During the occupation, Jimmy Guieu is distinguished by acts of resistance in the
maquis of Dompierre-sur-Yon (Vendée, maquis SR-1). This notion of resistance,
whether against totalitarianisms, mafias or aliens, is omnipresent in his work.
In the 1950s, he became one of the pioneers of French ufology with Aimé Michel. His
two documentary works, The Flying Saucers from another world (1954) and Black-
Out on the Flying Saucers (1956) are considered classics of the genre. The first will be
translated to England, Spain and Romania.
Between 1960 and 1965, Jimmy Guieu also published four novels for teenagers at
Marabout Junior under the name of Claude Vauzière and in the 1960s, 1970s and
1980s, sixty-three of his novels will be adapted into comics at Artima.
With Georges Pierquin, future author of the series of "Anti-gangs", Jimmy Guieu co-
signs novels in the collection "Espionage" of Black River, then to the Black Presses.
These works, signed by the pseudonym Jimmy G. Quint, describe the adventures of
two agents of the French secret services: Serge Gallard and Roger Quilici.
From 1977 to 1984, at a rate of one or two a year, ten of his books will be reissued in
the collection "Super luxury - tomorrows tomorrows".
In 1980, he co-founded, with Roger-Luc Mary and others, the association I.M.S.A.
(World Institute of Advanced Sciences). At that time, Jimmy Guieu approached
American ufology represented by John Lear and especially William Milton Cooper by
taking up the conspiracy theme, especially in the books EBE, then Our masters aliens
and finally the manuscript unfulfilled Terre ta civilization fout the camp.
He hosts a radio chronicle on RMC Marseille "Have you seen the saucers? ",
Sequence of 11 minutes in the show" Zig zag "produced by Fernand Pelatan.
Since 1979, Plon then the Presses de la Cité - and today Vaugirard became
Vauvenargues - reissue the entirety of his work in the collection "SF Jimmy Guieu".
From 1987 to 1990, he published ten unreleased Presses de la Cité staging Gilles
Novak grouped under the title of a series: The Knights of Light. In 1990 and 1991, he
published two big "truth novels" (according to his expression) that followed, E.B.E.
Red Alert and E.B.E. 2: The Black Entity of Andamooka.
Starting in 1992, Vaugirard published, alternately with the reissues, novels of
anticipation whose heroes Blade & Baker are businessmen of the twenty-first
century. At the same time, Guieu, a regular guest on Radio Ici et Maintenant,
addresses the phenomenon of UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations, particularly the
thesis of the so-called "Gris" or "Petit-Gris" race. Considered by many ufologists and
scientists as a proponent of conspiracy theory, he cites, for example, the Trilateral
Commission, the Bilderberg Group, and the Council on Foreign Relations in his video
The Secret Rulers 2 (1992), as well as the Illuminati in Secret Rulers 3 (1993).
Jimmy Guieu's productions are not limited to writing. Between 1991 and 1994, in the
"Doors of the Future" collection, of which he is the creator and director, he edited a
series of 14 documentaries in VHS video cassettes. Although most of the topics
covered concern aliens, some themes such as Rennes-le-Château or vortices are also
discussed with the support of close friends like Guy Tarade. These documentaries are
for Jimmy Guieu a platform from which he criticizes without hesitation the GEPAN,
the SEPRA, or warns the spectator against misinformation maneuvers orchestrated
on a planetary scale by occult powers.
Death of the consequences of a generalized cancer, it leaves Earth, your civilization
does away with the camp, a last manuscript of very "conspiracy" always original. An
unpublished novel, Chasse à l'antigravitation, was published in the Rivière Blanche
collection in 2008, in Les Dossiers du Glaive.
According to André Lecossois (interviewed by video on November 20, 2004), who
knew him well, his cancer was induced by uranium. Lecossois testified that after the
death of his friend, he would have found in Guieu's personal office, hidden under the
chair of his office, a metal bar which according to the analyzes (entrusted to an
unknown person who would be a scientist), been a uranium bar. However, Lucia
Guieu, the widow of Jimmy Guieu, denied this story of uranium bar that would be a
mere fabulously André Lecossois.
After his death, one of his friends, Guy Tarade, revealed in an interview (sound
recording) that Jimmy Guieu was a freemason of the Memphis-Misraim rite.
The collection "SF Jimmy Guieu" stops at the end of the year 2003, the last issues are
written by Arnaud Dalrune and Richard Wolfram (pseudonym of Roland C. Wagner),
also author of the lyrics of a tribute song performed by Brain Damage Group: The
Song of Jimmy and a new song with the same title.
Activity in the media
Jimmy Guieu has participated in the mass media to several mainstream television
shows, as well as radio, to act as a whistleblower on the existence and presence of
aliens on Earth.

The latest public investigation project of the US air force about UFOs, which has
started in 1952. Its purpose was to explain UFO sightings, to determine if they were

to the authorities. Reports have been collected, analyzed and ranked according to
their results.

He then issued the assumption that reports that remained unexplained were
removed from the files and sent to a higher authority; this thesis has now been
adopted by many ufologists. The Blue Book project was abandoned in 1969,

(Born September 24, 1939) Scientist.- Ufologue (France/USA).
In 1966 Jacques Vallée, a young French astronomer and computer scientist working
with J. Allen Hynek, publishes Anatomy of a Phenomenon and Challenge to Science,
creating the first classification system of UFO sightings. He will improve it in 1990.
Jacques Fabrice Vallée, born September 24, 1939 in Pontoise in the Val-d'Oise, is a
computer scientist, astronomer, ufologist and French writer of science fiction. He
lives in the San Francisco area.
Son of a magistrate, Jacques Vallée obtained a degree in mathematics at the
Sorbonne and a master's degree in astrophysics at the University of Lille. As a
teenager, in Pontoise, two things guide his life: the vision of a UFO in the sky of his
hometown, "classic, silvery, reflecting the Sun, with a kind of transparent dome on it"
(observation which will be confirmed by the one of his friends living in the same city)
and the reading in 1958 of a book by the French ufologist Aimé Michel, with whom
he enters into correspondence.
During his studies of astrophysics, he observes other UFOs, which he can not explain.
In 1961, he began his professional career as an astronomer at the Observatoire de
Paris.
In 1962, he left France to practice astronomy at the University of Texas (USA), where
he helped establish the first computer map of Mars for NASA. He then studied at
Northwestern University, where he obtained a PhD in computer science. A major
investigator of NSF's large computer network project, which culminated in the first
teleconference system on ARPANET several years before the advent of the Internet,
he also officiated at the National Advisory Committee of the University of Michigan
College of Medicine. Engineering.
It was in 1961 that his first science-fiction novel, The Sub-Space, was published by
Georges H. Gallet, director of "Fantastic Ray". With this novel, Vallée wins the Jules
Verne Prize under the pseudonym Jérôme Sériel.
In 1976, he founded InfoMedia, the first company specializing in teleconferencing
and groupware.
He discovers artificial intelligence and joins the Blue Book project. Increasingly
interested in UFOs, he proposed in 1966 a classification system for UFO sightings,
which will be followed by a second one in 1990.
He and his mentor J. Allen Hynek founded the Invisible College, which will then
merge into CUFOS, a group of experts from around the world who wonder about
flying saucers without necessarily believing it.
Jacques Vallée sees in the ufological phenomenon a terrestrial evolutionary "control"
system, operating on the collective unconscious of our species, from where a holistic
vision through examples of folkloric or contemporary phenomena coming out of the
ordinary human. This perception of the author is confirmed by the reading of the
trilogy Other dimensions / confrontations / revelations at the dawn of the 1990s.
He is chosen by Steven Spielberg as a model for the character of Lacombe, the French
scholar played by François Truffaut in his film Rencontres du troisième type.
He is approaching the founder of the Church of Satan, Anton Szandor LaVey, as part
of his research.
Since 1987, Jacques Vallée, a venture capitalist in Silicon Valley, has been promoting
venture capital in the stakes of the millennium: venture capital and innovation and is
involved in investments in some sixty start-ups. He also sits on the Evry Génopole
scientific council. (France).
- Jacques Scornaux Rational Skepticism ?
(Born in 1946) is a skeptical Belgian writer. His publications are mainly
on the UFO phenomenon. At a time when he was not yet skeptical, he was a
active member of the Belgian Society for the Study of Spatial Phenomena.
Jacques Scornaux has contributed a lot to popularize and popularize the ideas of
Michel Monnerie through several articles. Text access from Monnerie was
difficult because he did not master the vocabulary of the humanities and his style
was considered clumsy. In his articles, Scornaux presented the ideas of Monnerie in
a more scientific vocabulary and in a more rigorous way, which has made it possible
to convince more people of the interest of his two works which are at the origin of
the "New ufology". (Belgium).

phenomena. He is at through its James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) an
active promoter of scientific skepticism, and as such is regularly invited to
American television shows.
According to Stanton Friedman, a Canadian nuclear physicist, James Randi is a
Maniac and he does not know anything about UFOs!
Illusionist career:
From a young age, he is fascinated by a magician, Harry Blackstone. A period
forced immobilization of 13 months following a serious bicycle accident
offers the opportunity to learn about this art through books. He leaves high school
well before the terminal and never attended secondary school.
Starting in 1946, James Randi works in Canada as an illusionist under his name
Randall Zwinge. Early in his career, he performs tricks that consist to free themselves
from safes or prison cells. His popularity is growing, but he is a little saddened when
we turn to him for his "miraculous powers".
During the 1960s, Randi also worked in various nightclubs Philippines. He leaves the
Philippines before the takeover by Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos in 1965. In the late
1960s, Randi hosted radio broadcasts New York, under the nickname The Amazing
Randi. In 1967, still in New York, he is speaking at the fourth congress of scientific
ufologists, on the need to sort through the UFO testimonials. (Canada).

He was a great friend of the controversial Jacques Bergier and Louis Pauwels, and
defined himself as a "pathological" rebel. (France).

1997: The Pocantico conference concludes that there are certainly phenomena of
different origin, that there is no evidence of extraterrestrial intervention, that UFOs
have not advanced scientific knowledge, that has not found credible evidence of a
violation of known natural laws and most research on UFOs lacks the level of rigor
required by the scientific community.

- Project Aquarius (Aquarius)
A top secret project started in 1953 and aimed at identify as much data as possible
about the existence of life forms aliens, and disseminate this information to relevant
projects. This project records the history of the presence of aliens on Earth, and the
interactions with the man, for the last 25,000 years. Since Homo Sapiens, until now.
Its existence was revealed by William Moore, when he made public three pages of
‘’Aquarius Project Executive Briefing Document’'. (USA).
- Project Blue Book
US Project, aimed at making the "official point" on UFOs, by the US Air Force.
Thirteen thousand reports did not prevent the US Air Force from declaring that UFOs
did not exist! US Air's latest public investigation project is about UFO, which began in
1952. Its purpose was to explain the UFO sightings, for whether they constituted a
danger to National Security, or whether UFOs could bring scientific knowledge to the
authorities. Reports were collected, analyzed and ranked according to their results.
Nobody noticed anything until a member of the investigative team sends his own
report observation. This report was filed, but when the man wanted to refer to his
statement, she was gone. He then speculated that the reports that remained
unexplained were removed from the files and sent to a higher authority; this thesis
has now been adopted by many ufologists. The Blue Book project was abandoned in
1969, at the following the publication of the Condon Report.
One of the investigators, Dr. J. Allen Hynek, then founded the first scientific ufology
group, the Center for UFO Studies (center ufological studies), in 1973. (USA).

- Project Galileo
An S-4 project related to flying disk discoveries. (USA).
- Project Grudges
The successor of the Sign project, which was originally created to hide the UFO
problem. Journalists were encouraged to write that UFOs did not exist not.
The final report stated that all evidence could be challenged on the psychological,
even though the number of stories had increased by 23% since the sign project;
thus, any additional investigation should be seriously rethought, which was the case.
The Grudge Project ended in 1950. (USA).
* In 1949, the "Project Sign" is replaced by the "Project Grudge". The Grudge Project
ended in 1950 and is replaced by the Grunge Project. (USA).
- Project Grunge
Project that took over the Grudge project. It was intended to deny the existence of
UFOs. Objectives that had two phases: first find an explanation more or less valid for
each case of observation, and then bring the solution to the knowledge the United
States. (USA).
* In 1952, the Grunge Project is dissolved and replaced by the Project Blue Book
Project Blue Book, a true scientific study, led by Captain Edward J. Ruppelt. (USA).

Project. His conclusions are based on a starting premise that UFOs can not to exist.
His motto was: "Whatever you see or hear, do not believe it!" It lasted until February
1949, and the final result was that 20% of the observations remained unexplained.
(USA).
* September 23, 1947: Estimate of the Situation ("Estimate of the situation") is
the name of a Project Sign report, a UFO science project created by
the US Air Force. There is an official version published by the Pentagon on 10
December 1948 and an earlier, unofficial secret report written in 1948 by the
SIGN project staff and made public in 1956. In the secret report, the
Sign scientists explain how the extraterrestrial hypothesis is, in their view, the
more plausible to explain the nature of the most mysterious UFOs, before the
document was rejected and destroyed in 1960. The Pentagon's official report
that UFOs were "either not real or derived from a technology unknown in
from the USSR ".
* In 1949, the "Project Sign" is replaced by the "Project Grudge". The Grudge Project
has ended in 1950. It is replaced by the Grunge Project, which began in 1952.

project. (USA).
- Project TWINKLE
A highly secretive study of green fireballs observed at New Mexico. When an
investigator arrived at the place where we could see balls of fire, they disappeared,
so that no search could take place. That's why the Twinkle project ended. It was
thought that since the fireballs disappeared at the approach of the investigators,
they were controlled by a form any kind of intelligence. (United States).

Philippines before the takeover by Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos in 1965. In the late
1960s, Randi hosted radio broadcasts New York, under the nickname The Amazing
Randi. In 1967, still in New York, he is speaking at the fourth congress of scientific

December 1996 (at age 62) in Seattle, Washington, is a scientist and astronomer
American. He is one of the founders of exobiology. He supported the SETI program
of extraterrestrial intelligence research and directed for television the series of
Scientific popularization Cosmos, diffused on several continents. It is also
known for his skepticism.
In 1958, a top-secret file, the "Project A119" of the US Air Force, aiming
to detonate an atomic bomb on the moon.
Sagan is an American science popularizer. It's also one of the biggest skeptics about
UFOs; he believes it's impossible for a UFO to cross distances of several light years
because of the quantities tremendous energy and time needed for such a trip.
His theory implies that the only method of transport that can be used is linear and
that the speed maximum of a vehicle is the speed of light. Robert Lazar then
declared that the method of UFO travel uses gravitational waves. (United States).
In 1968, a symposium on UFOs was organized within the framework of the

Jacques Scornaux has contributed a lot to popularize and popularize the ideas of
Michel Monnerie through several articles. Text access from Monnerie was
difficult because he did not master the vocabulary of the humanities and his style
was considered clumsy. In his articles, Scornaux presented the ideas of Monnerie in
a more scientific vocabulary and in a more rigorous way, which has made it possible
to convince more people of the interest of his two works which are at the origin of
the "New ufology". (Belgium).

- SETI
Douglas Vakoch.

an extraterrestrial message. (USA).
- SETI
Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI).
This is a program funded by the US Government that aims to collect electromagnetic
wave emissions from space. These emissions would be a means of communication
used by UFOs who ‘’flee’’, like television images that could theoretically be captured
from space. If SETI detected emission abnormal, he would investigate to determine
their provenance. Ufologists are very skeptical about this project, as the project tries
to prove that UFOs do not exist even though SETI does not even wait to find
programs that can not be identified. According to an article by Dr. Pierre Guerin in
the "flying saucer review", the government would already know about the existence
of ETs, collaborate with them and know that UFOs do not use means of
communication involving electromagnetic waves. The project would then be as
effective as attempting to receive a Indian smoke message with a radio. The SETI
Project ended in October 1993 with a Congress decision based on a cost reduction
goal. He was not a success. (USA).

- Vallée (Jacques Fabrice Vallée)
(France).
