In the continuity of these last 48 hours we follow very closely the file of the AATIP and the DIA through our correspondent N Pope.
Here we resume a summary of the media metro.co.uk, because the rest says the same thing as the previous article posted here, (UK X-Files folder - supplement (DIA Letters Letters) then we only pick up the additional part that was not in The Sun media. Our goal is to have a complete file with the latest updates without unnecessary duplication.

The US Defense Intelligence Agency has published documents that expose some of the work done in a top secret UFO research project. In a letter to a congressional committee chaired by Senator John McCain in 2018, the IAD explained some of the work done during a project called the Advanced Aerospace Threat and Identification Program (AATIP). "The objective of AATIP was to investigate foreign threats to advanced aerospace weapons from the last years to the next 40 years," the letter says. The world premiere heard of AATIP at the screening of a meeting between an F / A-18 Super Hornet fighter and an oval-shaped UFO traveling at an astonishing speed.
And in 2016, The New York Times revealed that the program was run from 2007 to 2012 and had received annual funding of $ 22 million. AATIP was engaged in the exploration of 'unexplained aerial phenomena' and reportedly wrote a 490-page report collecting observations of UFOs from around the world. But it is unclear whether the secret ploy was investigating foreigners or exploring the threats posed by foreign powers. The latest documents were obtained by Nick Pope, a British researcher who headed the UFO Office of the Ministry of Defense.
They were sent to the Senate Committee on Armed Services and show the value of AATIP research focused on various "exotic technologies". These included wormholes, antigravity, invisibility masking, chain drives, and high-energy laser weapons.
Last year, Senate Majority President Harry Reid sent a letter to William Lynn III, Deputy Secretary of Defense, which was declassified. It revealed new details of the US government's exploration of "disruptive aerospace technologies". Although the correspondence does not mention aliens or UFOs, it seems to confirm that the US Senate has ordered an assessment of "long-term foreign aerospace threats"
