The remote observation of Mars, revealed in a CIA document of 22 May 1984, gives details of a global catastrophe that has caused the departure of many refugees in spacecraft to safer places there are more than a million years.

This leads to the intriguing possibility that a frozen civilization recently found in Antarctica with nearby cannibalized spacecraft was the remnant of a colony originally established by Martian refugees.
Such a scenario is in line with claims by Corey Goode, an informant for the Secret Space Program, that extraterrestrial refugees have sought refuge on Earth for at least five hundred thousand years and that preparations are under way to officially unveil the excavations of a frozen civilization of Antarctica.
Going back to March 28, 2016, Goode described various internal sources that told him about the influx of refugees from other planets in Earth's history:
And it seems that more recent information that I received tells us that the Earth has received refugees, at different times in history, from a couple of different planets, at least, in our solar system where the planets have failed and the inhabitants left and came to Earth as refugees.
Goode said that Mars was one of the planets from which refugees came. The Martians were at the cutting edge of technology with antigravity spacecraft. They engaged in aggressive wars that resulted in a global catastrophe and the departure of refugees for the Earth. Goode tells what the inhabitants of the "Inner Earth" told him:
And the people of the Council of the Inner Earth said that the different inhabitants of the planets of our solar system were extremely technologically advanced and extremely aggressive, that they destroyed their civilizations and had to be displaced here as refugees by other races of the world. the ET who arrived.
According to Goode, Mars in particular has been hit by a series of environmental disasters linked to devastating wars with the inhabitants of a neighboring "Super Earth", around which Mars and our current Moon have orbited up to 500,000 years. The "Super Earth" orbited the sun in the area of the asteroid belt as it exists today between Mars and Jupiter.
At the time, Mars had an abundant atmosphere rich in water and oxygen to accommodate a large population on its surface. The existence of an abundance of water and oxygen on Mars in the distant past has recently been corroborated by scientists.
The events that led to the destruction of the super-earth also wiped out much of the surface population on Mars, and eliminated much of the atmosphere according to what Goode read on "smart glass plates" , which he had access to during his 20 years of secret service under the space program.
It is postulated that Mars is most likely a moon of this Super Earth, and that it was heavily damaged on one side by massive impacts. And that most probably also removed his main atmosphere at that time, and he never recovered.
The destructive force of the Super Earth has propelled Mars into its current planetary orbit.
Was there then a super-earth that was destroyed in a titanic battle, which resulted in one of its moons being sent into orbit around the Earth, and another in its current orbit as the planet Mars ?
The first major scientist to seriously consider the possibility that the asteroid belt is the remnant of an ancient planet is Dr. Thomas Van Flandern, who was the chief astronomer in the United States. Naval Observatory. He has written several academic articles about what he described as the "Planet Assumption Exploded," suggesting that the main asteroid belt in our solar system was born from the destruction of a great planet around which Mars once in orbit:
By gathering all these proofs, we have strong clues for two original planets near what is now the main asteroid belt: hypothetical "Planet V" and "Planet K".
It was probably gaseous giant planets with moons of significant size, like Mars, before they explode ... The above summarizes the evidence that Mars was not an original planet, but rather a moon of a now exploded planet occupying an approximate orbit.
Many of these points are the expected consequences of a massive explosion of the nearby planet, which would explode the frontal hemisphere and leave the armored hemisphere relatively unscathed. What is particularly important in this respect is the fact that half of Mars is saturated with craters and the other half is only weakly cratered.
Van Flandern's Exploded Planet Hypothesis provides scientific support for Goode's claims that the Moon and Mars are two ancient moons of a super-earth. The claims of the distant viewer of the CIA on the history of Mars are therefore supported to varying degrees by Goode and Van Flandern.
The distant spectator, as we saw in the first part, describes a planet with violent storms and a very green volcanic activity. It certainly looks like the Earth, which at the time was probably the only planet in our solar system that fit that description.
This raises the question of whether fleeing Martians have established colonies on Earth, at least one of which was in Antarctica.
In the description of Mars by remote viewers, he describes them as being very tall and thin, and also possessing spacecraft used to transport refugees to a safe place - the Earth. This is consistent with what Goode claims to have encountered when he was taken to Antarctica in early January 2017 to see directly what was secretly searched.
In a private briefing on January 24, Goode confirmed his earlier reports on a "pre-Jamite civilization" found in Antarctica, very large and thin, frozen with flash. He described three oval spacecraft 30 miles long that appeared to have been cannibalized.

Such large ships would have been ideal space arcs carrying thousands of fugitive Martians, as described by the distant spectator.
In previous interviews, Goode described being taken to the interior of Antarctica, well below two miles of ice, and witnessing that he was very active on the volcanic plane, and that energy Abundant thermal was available to be used as a source of energy. In the following graphic illustration of what he saw in a secret Antarctic base, the vapor vents show the intense thermal energy used as a source of energy.
Goode's description of continuing volcanic activity in Antarctica is supported by extensive scientific evidence.
For example, on February 19, in an NPR report, NASA scientists discussed experiments around Mount Erebus because of the lava flow beneath its icy exterior, which they say is similar to that NASA probes could encounter on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn.

In addition, a second volcano was discovered under half a mile of Antarctic ice, which is still active and can erupt at any time.
Goode's stories of what he saw in Antarctica during separate visits are consistent with the scenario described by the CIA's remote viewer. The Martians had to flee their dying world on a spaceship to another planet - the Earth - which was volcanically very active at the time. Apparently, Antarctica, if it had been chosen as a safe haven for a Martian refugee colony, was located in a more tropical location that was both very green and volcanically active about a million years ago.
The descendants of Martian refugees living in Antarctica would have been caught off guard by a sudden "pole shift" that occurred about 12,000 years ago and resulted in their instantaneous freezing.
Goode said that big announcements about Antarctic discoveries are forthcoming that should release some but not all the truth about the discovery of the frozen flash civilization.
His claim is supported by Cliff High, an expert in mining on the Internet, whose model of "predictive linguistics" led him to conclude in January that important announcements about Antarctic discoveries are forthcoming.
If refugee Martians fled to Earth a million years ago and settled in Antarctica, the official disclosure of these events would revolutionize our understanding of world history.
The digital publication of declassified CIA documents detailing remote observation experiences is a progressive contributor to the disclosure process.
The truth about the historical events of Antarctica would greatly help our world civilization to avoid a fate similar to that of earlier civilizations on Earth and elsewhere in our solar system.
