A new document "Majestic 12" reveals US diplomatic relations with extraterrestrials.

A new Majestic-12 document was released on June 14, 2017, which describes a variety of extraterrestrial encounters with humanity.
This document includes allegations that Nikola Tesla's pioneering radio broadcast in outer space in the late 1800s alerted distant aliens about the existence of humanity, which led them to travel to our planet, and later President Eisenhower established full diplomatic relations with these extraterrestrial visitors in 1954.
The 47-page document is being reviewed by a number of document authentication researchers, but the preliminary conclusion drawn by experienced researcher Stanton Friedman is that there is no evidence of falsehood according to Heather Wade, host of the radio show Midnight in the Desert.
Heather Wade received documents last night from a trusted source. She immediately asked Stanton Friedman about these documents that said, "I've never seen anything like it, it's new MJ12 information." Stanton Friedman will continue to review these documents for authenticity, but at this point At that moment, we can not find any proof of false.
Similarly, Dr. Robert Wood, another leading Majestic document researcher, also shared his preliminary view in an email that "Stamps, Brands, Style, Content, Names" look authentic.
The documents were sent by an anonymous source of information to Wade, which revealed its existence during its June 14 broadcast, along with details of the document's background. Wade says that the whistleblower is known to her and is a reliable source, but she will not give the person's identity.
Additional information has been communicated to Linda Moulton Howe at Earthfiles.com that there are actually two sources, which are both retired military. Wade plans to interview Howe and other UFO researchers to help determine the legitimacy and meaning of the document.
In the meantime, readers are encouraged to read the document for themselves, which Wade has made available for free on his site.
The following is a description of the key points of the document and their importance. A thorough analysis of the document will be provided in Part 2 of this series.
According to one cover page, the documents are a "preliminary briefing" created by the Defense Intelligence Agency's Cross-Examination Office on January 8, 1989. The full title of the information package is "Assessing the Situation". / state of the position on the unidentified Flying Objects ", and it addresses the Office of the President.
The training officer is described as "MJ-1" who, based on a historical precedent, was the assistant director of the CIA.
The director of the CIA at the 1989 briefing was William Webster, who was director from May 26, 1987 to August 31, 1991. His entry in Wikipedia mentions that he is the only person to occupy these two positions.
The briefing paper refers to four groups of extraterrestrial visitors listed in order of importance for our planet and cites whether they are friendly or not:

There was a "controlled landing" of a flying saucer on March 25, 1948 in the Aztecs, New Mexico, described in the backgrounder:
The controlled landing occurred in a small desert canyon on the private pasture of a local farmer and farmer ... about 12.2 miles northeast of the Aztec of New Mexico. The vessel was 30 meters in diameter. Inside the upper cabin, the team found the bodies of two (2) small humanoids about 1.2m high attached in seats like those in a jet thingypit ... The extraterrestrials were dead.

A closer look at the sealed tubes that looked like tumble dryer doors in a laundromat revealed that they were a complex form of refrigeration system. Two were empty and twelve contained the bodies of what looked like human adults and small children as well as infants, all frozen as preserved for specimens .... Eventually, the medical team managed to resuscitate a human human, similar to an Earth human, and three (3) terrestrial humanoid infants, all about six (6) months old: two males and one female. The rest of the infants and another short, gray-skinned, broad-brimmed OBE perished.
The adult survivor, according to the information document, looked human, but was clearly an alien who, although human, had physiological differences, which included two livers. The document describes how the diplomatic negotiations started the surviving adult extraterrestrial:
