Dr. Micheal Salla indicated that there is a Military Extraterrestrial Industrial Complex or CMIE, and that the Earth is being assimilated by an extraterrestrial agenda which is just as operational on the Moon.
The photo below is similar to several others I have personally seen.
It appears that, during Mission Chang’e 2, the Chinese took photos of the bases and confirmed the existence of the extraterrestrials. The Chinese have probably already been in contact with extraterrestrials.
This would explain why so many radio telescopes are looking for signals for extraterrestrial life forms, and more and more are being built as I speak, however no signals have been reported to the general public.

"I have been sent a few photos from a source that states that China will publish HD photos taken by the lunar orbiter Chang’e-2, which clearly show that there are structures on the surface of the Moon. He states that NASA deliberately bombed important sites on the Moon in an effort to destroy the ancient artifacts and stations. Photos will be released that clearly show craters formed by atomic bomb explosions and lunar debris caused by the explosions, in a NASA effort to destroy the truth. China is on the verge of revealing the whole truth about extraterrestrial reality, if these images and the future others are indeed authentic, then NASA will have to be brought to justice for fraud and treason. China will release all Chang’e-2 data and images in the coming weeks and months, hopefully this is the start of a new era. "
