CIA Document Shows What Happened After The KGB Killed A UFO.

A document store in the CIA's electronic reading room describes what happened when the KGB shot down a UFO with a surface-to-air missile. The object was extraterrestrial and reprisals ensued.
World governments and intelligence agencies around the world have released hundreds of thousands of pages of documents related to the UFO phenomenon in recent years. These files indicate that the objects are generally tracked by radar and chased by our own military vehicles, which are then sent for closer examination. The records also reveal that strange objects traveling at incredible speeds and performing maneuvers that no known plane is capable of performing.

These objects are believed to be of extraterrestrial origin, not only because of their technological superiority, but also because many high-ranking political and military insiders, as well as prestigious academics, shared information of which they were aware regarding real intelligent aliens visiting our planet. There could be several different groups currently doing this. It shouldn't really be surprising that the CIA and other American intelligence agencies are keeping an eye on other countries. We know that espionage is a common activity and that other governments have probably done the same with North American governments.
The UFO issue has obviously been of extreme interest to these agencies, given the sheer scale of resources made available to it for the investigation. A document in the CIA archives also shows that they were interested in reports of actual extraterrestrial bodies.
For example, here is one that was addressed to "certain distinguished scientists", "aeronautical and military authorities" and "a number of public officials". The document, stored in the FBI database, shows interest in a letter written by someone with "multiple university degrees" and a former "head of university department". It provides information (pages 21 and 22) on the extraterrestrials, their profession, their functioning and their origin.
Again, the question to ask here is: why were the intelligence services so interested in this issue? They continue to investigate reports of extraterrestrial bodies, and I wonder if it is because they have had their own secrets. Is it because, as Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell put it so well, "there have been crashed devices, bodies have been found"?
When you study ufology, you come across all kinds of stories, and one interesting thing that these stories seem to share is that “they” (whoever runs these vessels) are not interested in confrontation .
For example, in a (well-known) document published through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 4-star General Nathan Twinning wrote that "the reported phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious" and that ”the reported operating characteristics such as extreme climb rates, maneuverability (particularly in roll) and actions which should be considered as avoidance measures when viewed or in contact with friendly aircraft and radar, give to think that some objects may be controlled manually, automatically or remotely. "
The key word here is "avoidance". This point was also underlined a few years ago by former Canadian Defense Minister Paul Hellyer, who said:
“Decades ago, visitors to other planets warned us of the direction we were taking and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat and decided to shoot first and ask questions afterwards. "
In the same speech, he also mentioned the fact that, following our own demonstrations of aggression, UFOs began to take “corrective measures to avoid our planes”, and that some pilots actually lost their lives as a result of reprisals.

According to KGB documents, a fairly low-flying saucer-shaped spacecraft appeared over a military unit carrying out routine training maneuvers. For unknown reasons, someone unexpectedly launched a surface-to-air missile and struck the UFO. He fell to Earth nearby, and five short humanoids with “big heads and big black eyes” came out.
It is said in the testimonies of the two soldiers who stayed alive that, after freeing themselves from the debris, the extraterrestrials approached and then "merged into a single object which took a spherical shape". This object started to buzz and whistle loudly, then turned bright white. Within seconds, the spheres expanded and exploded under extremely bright light. At the same time, 23 soldiers who observed the phenomenon turned into ... stone posts. Only two soldiers who stood in the shade and were less exposed to the light explosion survived.

The KGB report goes on to say that the remains of the UFO and "Petrified Soldiers" were transferred to a secret scientific research institution near Moscow. Experts assume that an energy source still unknown to Earth people instantly changed the structure of soldiers' living organisms, transforming it into a substance whose molecular composition is no different from that of limestone.
The document ends with a comment from a CIA official, who said:
"If the KGB file corresponds to reality, it is an extremely threatening case. Extraterrestrials possess such weapons and technologies that go beyond all of our assumptions. They can defend themselves if attacked. "
