An Aboriginal Elder tells the story of the "People of the Stars" who crashed into his reservation.
Posted on May 22, 2019.
Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke, professor emeritus at the Cherokee / Choctaw of Montana State University, has been researching the people of the Stars and collecting stories of meetings between them and the Amerindians for many years. This article shares one of many stories.
I recently came across the work of Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke, who has degrees in UFO, history, English, psychology and educational leadership, and training as a psychologist and social scientist. She is Professor Emeritus at Montana State University and former Director of the Center for Bilingual / Multicultural Education. Dr. Clarke, who is Cherokee / Choctaw, has worked with Aboriginal people for most of his career and has incredible stories to tell.
Here's a great quote at the start of his book, Meetings with Celebrities, Unpublished Stories of American Indians.
“I first heard of the" star people "when my grandmother told me about the ancient legends of my people. The reality of my childhood included stories that traced the origins of indigenous peoples from the Americas to the Pleiades; stories of little people who have intervened in people's lives; and legends about the magical gift of "star people" DNA that has flowed through the veins of the Earth's indigenous tribes. I have embraced the stories of the heavenly visitors who lived among the Indian people as part of my heritage. "
In her book, she tells a lot of stories, one of which comes from a certain Harrison. She writes:
“Located in the states of North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana, the Indian tribes of the Northern Plains have many accounts of UFOs. The story of this chapter is told by a respected elder from a northern Plains tribe. His meeting predates the Roswell accident. Harrison has been dead since I recorded this story, but the time I have spent with them over the years has changed my life. "
Harrison told the story of how his grandfather took him on a spaceship in the summer of 1945. He was 12 years old at the time and explained how the Corps of Army Engineers had come to the reserve in the summer of 1947 to monitor the river and the surrounding area "for the reservoir". So, originally, there was no tank. The corps confiscated the land and in return gave Harrison's grandfather a parcel of worthless land on the other side of this mound.
“I spent every summer with him from the age of six. Mom and Pop both worked for the tribe and they didn't want me to be home alone during the summers. So each May I made two paper bags: one with a change of clothes and the other with books, marbles and my toy gun. My parents made me live with Gramps from June to the end of August. I loved my summers here, even the isolation. I was the only child for miles. I rode horses and cattle. I helped with household chores. Whatever I can do. As we got older, there were bigger chores and more responsibilities. There were no TVs or videos like the children of today. At night Gramps amused me with the ancient myths and legends of our people. "
Clarke’s relationship with Harrison has grown over the years and the two met when his school district asked him for help in applying for a federal grant. Harrison was his contact and was responsible for escorting him around the reservation.
She explains:
“It took almost 25 years of visits before Harrison asked me if I believed in the people of the Stars.”
She replied with a yes, then he replied:
"Someone told me that you collect stories about the Star Peoples, I find this unusual."
She replied,
“I have been collecting stories for a few years. I grew up listening to the ancient stories of my grandmother's Star Peoples. Wherever I go, if I'm among the Indigenous peoples, I ask them about their stories of UFOs and star people. Maybe someday I'll write a book. I have heard incredible things from Native Americans. "
Harrison then offered to take him to his grandfather, where he told an incredible story that happened on his grandfather's ranch before the Army Engineers got involved.
He told a story his grandfather told him about a spaceship that crashed on the property. Harrison said:
“I saw the boat, I got on board. It was a long cylinder about 9m wide and 18m long. I measured it by pacing. Most of it got stuck in a mound near the water level. It was well camouflaged. You can't see the hill now, it was covered with water when the Corps of Engineers flooded the valley creating the reservoir. "
He goes on to explain:
"The accident shook the ground so badly that Gramps thought the house was going to collapse. You can still see a crack in the foundations of the log cabin that Gramps says occurred when the spacecraft crashed. The horses were so frightened that it took them a month to catch them and even then they were constantly trying to escape. At first, Gramps thought it was an earthquake, but when it cleared, he saw the craft. He struck with such force that only a small part came out of the mound, but Gramps not only had a careful eye, but he knew this country as his pocket. The slightest disturbance caught his attention. For a very long time he sat on the hill watching for the slightest sign of life. He stayed up for days. Finally, after about a week, he ventured to the site of the impact. "
Her grandfather told her that the "stars" that crashed and survived lived in their boat for about 5 months before another ship came to rescue them.
"At the time of the accident, the closest ranch to our home was 10 miles away and, as fate had predicted, these neighbors were out of the state a few days before the accident. Gramps liked to keep the presence of the star a secret. "
Harrison explained that the first time his grandfather approached them, he did so by offering them a supply of food. They told him they were not eating flesh. He described them as taller than humans, at least 2.15 to 2.45m tall and very white. Harrison said:
"He described them as being so white you could almost see them inside. I'm not sure what he meant by that except that he said their skin was thin. They had long, thin fingers, much longer than humans. Their hair was white. When the sun was shining on it, Gramps said it looked like a halo surrounding them. He said that sometimes they looked like the angels depicted in his bible paintings, except that they wore no robe. Their eyes too. He said they changed color based on the light. "
In addition, Harrison's grandfather described to him what they were wearing:
“He was particularly interested in their clothes. They wore a light green one-piece outfit. He said there were times when he saw them wading in the river, and when he approached them, their suits were dry. He told me he wanted to have a suit like that. When I think of the old man and the way he looked at the star visitors, he did everything to describe what he saw. I'm sure if the same thing happened today, observers could offer a more sophisticated perspective. "
Harrison went on to explain that there were fourteen and that his "Gramps" was not sure if all of them survived the accident. Harrison said that when he arrived this summer, after the visitors had left, he boarded the boat and that there were seventeen seats.
Harrison said:
"Gramps said he often saw" star beings "picking up rocks and plants. When they first saw him, they disappeared before his eyes. He never found an explanation for it, but he wished he had that power, "mocked Harrison. "Gramps thought it was the ultimate trait - just disappearing into the air when you wanted to. I can't imagine how he planned to use it. Over time, Gramps said the star men understood that he didn't want to do anything wrong and that they didn't disappear when he approached. Overtime, it became clear to him that they were concerned about their job. They didn't want it to be discovered. ”
Her grandfather told her that the beings lived there from the end of November to April. According to him, another spacecraft appeared on April 17, 1945 and he never saw them again.
"He knew they were waiting for a lifeboat, so he expected it. He told me that their spacecraft was one of four exploring Earth. They had been dropped off by a larger ship circling the Earth. The big ship would come back for them, but not for a while. They just had to wait. They weren't afraid of being discovered, they could make themselves invisible, but they couldn't do the same with their spaceship. "
He said his grandfather witnessed the takeover.
“He watched them prepare to leave. Each of the star travelers came to him and bowed before leaving. He understood that they appreciated his discretion. "
As for why they were here:
"Gramps said they were travelers and they traveled the universe observing life on other worlds. They had come to Earth for thousands of years to observe, collect and record the changes. One day, they took him aboard their craft and showed him pictures of their homes. As he described it, I guess it was some sort of TV or computer, but back in the day when my grandfather had nothing like that, he was fascinated by what he called "An image machine". He talked about flashing images showing different places on Earth. It reminded him of the Black Lands, but without vegetation. Their houses were underground. He asked them if it was paradise and they told him they had no place like paradise. He was fascinated by the image machine and went back there several times.
Apparently, the star visitors told him that they liked the green of the Earth and that they found that the red willow growing along the banks of the river was very beautiful in April. They liked the water. On their world, the water was underground: nothing on the surface. My grandfather often collected geodes for them. They were surprised when he broke them to reveal the "cities" crystallized inside. They were apparently delighted to add them to their collection. Gramps also taught them the medicinal uses of red willow and how to propagate it from a small sample. "
As for the device, it was left there, it was so well camouflaged that no one could really recognize it with the naked eye unless they knew exactly what they were looking for. When he entered the craft (Harrison), he explained that when you sit on a chair, it "melts" around him, as if he were alive. It wrapped your body like a warm hug, then released you when you wanted to get up. The craft also had what appeared to be hieroglyphs.
Finally, the engineer corps came and built its dam, which flooded the area where the device was located. He suspects they took the craft.
To remember
Such stories are fascinating to say the least, especially for those who are already aware of the UFO / extraterrestrial phenomenon and the growing credibility of the field. It adds a lot more credibility to these stories, but I'm not trying to prove anything here, I'm just sharing a story from an interesting source.
Richard Wagamese is recognized as one of the most renowned authors and storytellers in Canada and belongs to the Wabaseemoong First Nation in northwestern Ontario. He is one of the few Indigenous scholars on the planet who has attempted to trace his roots and preserve his heritage and stories, passed down from generation to generation through oral traditions.
According to Wagamese,
“My people are talking about the star beings who came to us several generations ago. The star people brought spiritual teachings, stories and maps of the cosmos and offered them for free. They were kind, loving and set a good example. When they left us, my people said there was a unique loneliness. ”
Specialists have estimated that before the "discovery" of the Americas by Europeans, the population before the contact era could have reached 100 million people.
American anthropologist and ethnohistorian Henry F. Dobyns, best known for his published research on American Indians and Hispanics in Latin and North America, estimated that more than one hundred and twelve million people lived in the Americas before the arrival of Europe. He estimated that 10 million people alone lived in a region north of the Rio Grande before contact with Europe. In 1983, he revised this number to over 18 million.
The loss of consciousness is the result of massive genocide, a period foretold in indigenous prophecies.
“There have been wounds of injustice, oppression, colonization, greed, superstition, all of these things that hurt the human heart. At the same time, there was no way to express it, it happened inside. So this ancestral wound is this wound that has been passed down from generation to generation, this intergenerational trauma. But it has also been prophesied and promised that after a period of 500 years, a magnificent and great spiritual spring would emerge with such power and intensity that everything that had been covered with cold and bitter snow would be revealed, cleaned up and purified. And that we would come out of it galvanized, reunited not only as the reunion of the Condor and the Eagle, but as a reunion of the whole human family. This time is now. ”
We live in a particular time, a time of massive awareness of various truths on our planet and the nature of reality. One of these truths is the fact that we are not alone and that we have never been alone. These accounts of visitors from other worlds are part of the literature on indigenous cultures as well as on various other cultures of the world, such as the Vedas, for example.
The realization that we are not alone and that we have never been alone has enormous consequences for our planet.
