Q- What exactly is the Lacerta file?
R- This is an interview done in December 1999 in Sweden by a Mr.Oley. This document of 46 pages and 40 questions is known in France under the name Lacerta Dossier '' Interview with Reptilian ''.
INTRODUCTION :
In this case these non-Mammalian entities are somewhat different from traditional tyrannical extraterrestrials aimed at controlling, enslaving and dominating humanity in the shadows, hiding behind our political leaders or all the great families of history.
The Lacerta file offers us a new vision on the possibility of the existence of an advanced and intelligent form of life of the Reptilian type and especially non-Exogenous since originating from our beautiful blue planet.
This interview is an extremely complex and time-consuming subject since the 1999 file is only the first. Indeed a second interview will be carried out in 2003 closing the file. In this document we will not discuss the veracity of the words or the authenticity, we will try to gather the information obtained to better understand who could be his Terran Reptilians, their characteristics their stories and their possible interactions with our species, obviously on a file of 46 pages and 40 questions, a lot of information does not correspond to this approach and will deal with the spirituality of this civilization or manners, which does not really correspond to the first approach that we want to give to this file.
Before looking at the information given by this so-called reptilian, let's start by analyzing the name of this Lacerta file. The term Lacerta, some refer to a kind of Saurians of the order Reptiles including several species of lizards extremely common in Europe as the green lizard or lizard walls of our gardens for example to popularize a little things. Lacerta equal Lizard. Good so far so we are rather in the theme. A Lacerta file that talks about being Reptilian Lizard Man. For now, it holds up. Let's get back to it now, in the heart of the matter, the first question that corresponds to the subject of this document will simply be the first of the interview.

Q.1- Who are you and are you from an Extraterrestrial race or a being from this planet? Lacerta's answer was:
R.1- As you see with your own eyes, I am not really a Mammal (despite the fact that my bodily appearance has traits that belong to Mammals, and that result from evolution). I am a female Reptilian being. I belong to a very old Reptilian race, native of the Earth.
We have lived on this planet for millions of years.
We are mentioned in your religious writings, like the Christian Bible for example, and many ancient tribes knew our existence and worshiped us as gods, eg the Egyptians and the Incas.
Your Christian religion has misunderstood our role in creation, and writes our race as "an evil serpent". It's wrong. It is an Extraterrestrial race that designed your species by genetic engineering, and we were only more or less passive visitors in this process of accelerated evolution. You must know (as some of your scientists have guessed) that your species has evolved at a speed that would normally be completely impossible in the space of 2-3 million years.
A normal evolution is a much slower process, but you have not understood it. The creation of your race was done artificially by genetic engineering not by us, but by an extraterrestrial race. You ask me if I am Extraterrestrial: I answer no.
We are born Terrans. We still have colonies in the solar system, but our origin is this planet.
It's our planet and not yours, it's never been yours!
Q.2- How old are you? Lacerta's answer was:
R.2- We do not measure time like you, in astronomical years corresponding to Earth's revolutions around the sun, because we usually live below the surface of the planet. Our measurement of time is based on the periodic return of certain cycles of the Earth's magnetic field.
According to this measure (and expressed with your numbers), my current age is (let me calculate), 57,653 cycles. I reached my adult phase and my awareness is 16,337 cycles (this is a very important date for us, according to your human time, I would be about 28 years old.
Q.3- What is your task? Do you have a job like us? Lacerta's answer was:
R.3- Using your words, I would say that I am a student curious about the social behavior of your species. That's why I'm here and I'm talking to you, and that's why I revealed my true nature to E.F. and reveal it to you now.
That's why I'm giving you this secret information and I'll try to answer honestly all the questions you've written on all these sheets of paper, I'll see how you react, and how other people react of your kind.
There are so many madmen and liars of your kind on this planet, who claim to hold the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrials, etc. Some of you believe in these lies.
It interests me to observe how your species will react if the truth (which I will tell you now) is made public.
I am sure that all of you will refuse to believe my word. I hope I'm not wrong because you need to understand, if you want to survive in the coming years.
Q.4- Are UFOs real flying objects controlled by aliens or do they belong to your species? Lacerta's answer was:
Q.4- We also have a small fleet of flying discs, but UFOs of this type usually belong to an Extraterrestrial race. Triangular UFOs usually belong to your own military, but they were built using extraterrestrial technology.
If you want to see one of our ships, you would have to look at the Arctic, Antarctic and Inner Asia skies (especially above the mountains in this area).
Q.5- Do you have a special symbol or something like that to identify your race? Reply Lacerta:
R.5- We have two major symbols to represent our race. One (the oldest) is a blue snake with four white wings on a black field (these colors have religious significance for us).
These symbols were used by some parts of my society, but now it has become extremely rare. You humans have copied it too often in your old writings. The other symbol represents a mystic being that you would call a '' dragon '', represented as a circle containing seven white stars. This symbol is more common nowadays.
If you see one of these symbols on a cylindrical device, such as the one I described to you, or on an underground installation, it means that this device or this place belong to us definitively, and I advise you to move away from it as well. as fast as possible!
Q.6- Do the seven stars that you mention in your second symbol represent the Pleiades? Lacerta's answer was:
R.6- The Pleiades no! They are planets and moons, it is the symbol of our seven ancient colonies in the solar system. The stars appear on a blue field, and the dragon in a circle symbolizes the shape of the Earth.
The seven white stars were the Moon, Mars, Venus, and the four moons of Jupiter and Saturn that we had colonized in the past. Two of these colonies are now abandoned, we do not use them anymore. It would be more correct to use five stars.
Q.7- Can you describe yourself in detail?
R.7- I know that photos would be useful in that sense. But on the other hand, you humans are inveterate skeptics (which is very good for us as well as for the real aliens who act secretly on this planet). So, even if you have these pictures, many of your kind would say that they are fake, that I am a masked human woman or something like that (which would be an offense to me).
You must understand that I can not give you permission to make these pictures of me or my equipment, for several reasons, that I will not discuss with you now. One of these reasons is that the secret of our existence must be preserved. The other is more religious. Nevertheless, I allow you to make sketches of my appearance and my equipment that I will show you later.
I will also try to describe myself, but I doubt that other beings of your species can be able to imagine my real appearance from a few words.
Indeed, the automatic denial of the existence of Reptilian species and, in general, of any other intelligent species outside of yours, is part of the programming of your mind.
Nevertheless, I will try!
Imagine the body of a normal human woman, and you can pretty much represent my body. Like you, I have one head, two arms, two mins, two legs and two feet, and the proportions of my body are identical to yours. As I am female, I have two breasts. Despite our Reptilian origin, we began to breastfeed our babies during our evolutionary process. About thirty million years ago, because it's the best thing to keep young people alive. Evolution had already done it for your species during the time of the dinosaurs, and did it a little later for us. This does not mean that we are real mammals. But our breasts are as big as those of the Human woman, and of identical size for all females of my species. The reproductive organs are the same as those of Humans, in both sexes, but a little smaller. They are visible and have the same function as yours (another gift of evolution).
My skin is mainly of a green-beige color (rather pale green) and we have drawings made of irregular brown spots (each spot measuring 1 to 2 centimeters) on the body and the face (the drawings are different depending on the sex , but females have more, especially on the lower body and on the face).
In my case, you can observe the two lines of dots above the eyebrows, crossing my forehead, on the cheeks and on the chin.
My eyes are a little bigger than human eyes (for this reason we see better in the dark). What dominates is the large black pupil, surrounded by a small bright green iris (the males have a dark green iris).
The pupil is slit and can change in size, ranging from a tiny black line to a large egg-shaped oval. Our retina is extremely sensitive to light and therefore the pupil has to adapt to it.
The rest of the description: outer round ears, smaller, but better hearing. Sensitivity to a wider sound scale. Muscle allowing to completely close the ears, under water for example. Nose more pointed, form of '' V '' between the nostrils to '' feel '' temperatures, a capacity that has a little blunted with time. Lips of the same shape as in Humans, larger in females, brown in color.
Teeth very white, strong, longer and more pointed. One color of hair (greenish brown), but tradition of dyeing according to age. Hair thicker and stronger. No other hair on the body, green-beige skin, with shell structures on the thighs and upper arms. Five fingers a little longer and slimmer than in humans.
Smooth palms without your lines, but a combination in the form of scales with brown spots in both sexes. No fingerprints. Softer skin. Small pointed horns on the top of the two middle fingers. Gray nails and longer males (5 to 6 cm.) With round tops in females, pointed in males. Difference from the human species: a kind of ridge along the spine to the hip level, with a complicated shape, with plaques, made of skin and tissue. Structure very sensitive to the touch and very innervated and vascularized which has a role in the sexuality and the regulation of the temperature.
Hard to sit on a chair with that. In the sun, the plates are filled with reptilian blood that warms several degrees, which is great fun. No belly button. Different birth compared to Mammals. Other minor differences not visible because hidden by clothing.
Q.8- You say you are born in a different way? Do you lay eggs?
R.8- Yes, but not like Primitive Birds or Reptiles. Growth of the embryo in the maternal center, in a protein liquid surrounded by an egg-shaped limestone membrane, but very fine. The egg completely fills the womb and the child is totally separated from the mother's body.
There is also an "umbilical cord" connected to a hidden spot in the back plates. At birth, the egg comes out through the girl thingy and the baby instinctively uses the two horns of his middle fingers to break the shell and take his first breath. Babies smaller than humans, 30 to 35 cm. , egg of 40 cm., but growth up to 1m60 to 1m80.
Q.9- About the temperature of your body, you say that you like to be in the sun. What is the effect?
R.9- We are Reptilians, the temperature of our body depends on the environment. My hand is colder than yours. Normal temperature 30 to 33 degrees Celsius. Naked and the back plates turned towards the sun, the temperature can rise from 8 to 9 degrees in a few minutes, this rise produces hormones, each organ is more active. This is the greatest pleasure you can imagine, close to sexual arousal.
Also, swim in very hot water or other liquids. In the shade, the temperature goes down in a few hours, without any particular damage. We have solar rooms in the basement, but it's not as good as the real sun.
Q.10- Can you tell me something about the natural history and evolution of your species? Is it very old? Have you evolved from primitive reptiles as mankind has evolved from monkeys?
R.10- This is a complex story that will seem incredible to you, but it's the truth that I will try to summarize. 65 million years ago many of our advanced ancestors of the Dinosaur race died in a major global cataclysm. The cause of this destruction was not natural. Not at all, an asteroid impact as your scientists believe, but a war between two alien enemy groups. This war was taking place in orbit and in the upper atmosphere of your planet.
According to our limited knowledge of the early days, it was the first Extraterrestrial War on planet Earth, but it was not the last. (And a future war is to be feared soon, while a 'cold war' has been going on for 73 years on your planet.
The belligerents in this war of 65 million years ago were two advanced extraterrestrial races whose names are unpronounceable in your language. I can say them, but their original pronunciation would hurt your ears. The first race was Humanoid as your race, but older, and native to your universe, a solar system of the constellation you call '' Procyon ''. The second breed, of which we know very little, was a Reptilian species that had nothing to do with ours, because we evolved from local saurians without outside influence (except for the successful genetic manipulation that we have done ourselves on our own genes).
The first Humanoid race had reached the Earth about 150 years before the Reptilian race and had built its colonies on the continents of the time. There was a large colony on the continent that you call today '' Antarctic '', and another on the one you now call '' Asia ''.
These people lived with Saurians with an animal appearance, without any problem.
When the advanced Reptilian race arrived in this system, the Humanoid colonies from 'Procyon' tried to communicate peacefully, without success, and a general war was declared in a few months. Both species were interested in this young planet, not for its biology or for its underdeveloped species, but for a single reason, minerals, and especially copper.
Both races wanted the copper of the Earth. For this reason, they waged a very long war in space and in orbit. The Humanoid species seemed to have the upper hand at first, but in the last battle, the Reptilians decided to use a very powerful experimental weapon, a kind of fusion bomb that was supposed to destroy life forms on the planet, but without reaching the valuable minerals nor copper. The bomb was fired from space, and exploded at a point on our planet that we now call "Central America".
As it exploded in the ocean, there was an unpredictable fusion with hydrogen, and its effect was much stronger than the Reptilians expected. The result is deadly radiation, over-production of fissile oxygen, fallout from various elements, and a "nuclear winter" of almost two hundred years. Most Humanoids were killed and the Reptilians were no longer interested in this planet after a few years for unknown reasons (even for us).
It can be because of radiation.
Planet Earth was alone again, and surface animals died. One of the effects of the fusion bomb was the fallout of various elements and materials created by the process, including Iridium. Your scientists now consider Iridium as evidence of the shock of the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. That's wrong, but how would you know?
Most of the dinosaurs died not from the explosion but from the consequences that followed after the war, especially the "nuclear winter" and the fallout in the next 20 years, almost all the dinosaurs and reptilians were dead, but some of them managed to survive for 200 to 300 years, then died because the climate had changed.
At the end of the nuclear winter after 200 years, it was colder on Earth than before. Some species could survive despite the cataclysm: fish (sharks for example).
Birds, small animals crawling (your ancestors) different reptiles and crocodiles ... and a kind of small advanced dinosaurs that had developed with large animal reptiles such as the one you call '' tyrannosaurus ''.
This reptile walked on 2 legs and looked a little like your reconstruction of '' the ignanodon '' (it was of the same family) but it was smaller (1 meter 50 '), with humanoid features, a bone structure changed, the brain and skull larger, a hand with a thumb capable of grasping things, a different organism and digestion, eyes developed in the middle of the head, like yours and more importantly, a new brain structure and improved. This was our direct ancestor.
Theories claim that the radiation of the bomb generated the mutations of organisms of this new race, but this is not proven. This little humanoid / dinosaur evolved during the next 30 million years to move from the animal state to that of a being more or less thinking. (As I said before, it usually takes a lot more time than you think for the evolution of a breed, if this evolution is not artificially induced as in your case).
These beings were smart enough not to die over the next millions of years because they learned to change their behavior. They lived in caves instead of staying in the cold of the outdoors and learned to use stones and branches as their first tool. The use of fire helped them to warm up and especially to warm their blood, which is very important for survival.
In the next 20 million years, nature divided this species into 127 subspecies and there were wars of domination between these species, 24 of these species died out in the early wars and during evolution because their bodies and minds were not mature enough to survive and (main reason) they were not able to transform their blood temperature system in the event of climate change.
50 million years after the war and the end of the dinosaurs, there remained only 3 advanced (and also technological) reptilian races on this planet, in addition to other animals. By natural and artificial crosses, these 3 races were unified into a single Reptilian race. And thanks to the invention of the genetic manipulations, we became able to eliminate the genes susceptible of division in our genetic structure.
According to our history and our beliefs, it is at this moment that our definitive race (as you see me today) was completed by genetic engineering. It was 10 million years ago. Our evolution has practically stopped at this point (apart from a few minor changes towards a more Humanoid and Mammalian appearance, but without division into subspecies).
So we are a very ancient breed compared to yours which, at that time, was still climbing trees like monkeys, while we inventions technologies, colonization of other planets of this system, build large cities on this planet (which is gone without a trace) and manipulate our own genes while your genes were still those of an animal.
10 million years ago, the small "Simiesques" began to grow and descend trees (again because of a change of climate, especially in the so-called continent (Africa).) But their evolution was very slow which is normal for mammals If nothing extraordinary had happened for your species, we would not be there sitting talking.
I would be in my comfortable modern house and you in your cave, dressed in animal skins and trying to discover the secrets of fire or you might be in one of our zoos. But things have turned out differently and you are now taking yourself for the kings of creation, you think it's up to you to live in a modern house, while we should hide underground and in secluded places.
About 1.5 million years ago, another extraterrestrial race arrived on Earth (the first in 60 million years), which is surprising. This would surprise you a lot if you knew how many Alien races are living on your planet today. To our astonishment, this Extraterrestrial race was not interested in minerals or copper, but in you, the underdeveloped humanoid monkeys.
Despite our presence on this Earth, the Extraterrestrials decided to "help" the monkeys to evolve a little faster, in order to make in the future a kind of race-slave for the wars to come.
The fate of your species did not really interest us, but we do not like the presence of these '' llojllm '' on our planet. They did not like our presence in their galactic zoo either.
This is why your 6th and 7th creations were the occasion of a war between them and us. You can read, for example, in the book you call "The Bible," a very large description.
The truth is a very long and difficult story.
Q.11- You mention many facts about this war, 65 million years ago, this happened long before your species became intelligent and if I understand you correctly, how could you know so much of this first war and on your own evolution?
R.11- Our knowledge concerning the 1st war comes from an ancient object that was found by our archaeologists 16 thousand years ago on the continent that you now call North America. They found a kind of circular plate with an approximate diameter of 47 cm. , made of an unknown magnetic material. Inside a smaller crystal is encased, containing a huge amount of information coded in its molecular structure. This memorial plaque had been manufactured by survivors of the Humanoid breed from '' Procyon '' who had survived the bomb 65 million years ago, was completely intact.
Our scientists were able to decode the messages and so we heard for the first time a distant past connecting to the description of the dinosaurs. The plaque contained detailed descriptions of the 2 species, but much more about Humanoids as well as weapons and events including the fusion bomb. It also contained a description of the Earth's Animals and Saurians including our pre-intelligent species.
The rest of our knowledge of our evolution comes from the study of skeletons and readings and decoding of our "DNA". You see, we have known the truth about our roots for 16 thousand years. Before that, our ideas on the question of our origin were rather religious beliefs.
Q.12- What happened to the 2 Extraterrestrial races?
R.12- We do not know exactly. The surviving Humanoids on Earth died in the years following the bomb, and the Reptilians never returned to Earth (to our knowledge).
It is possible that the latter could not physically return, because the matter between the "bubbles" sometimes has rapid movements.
The current theory is that 2 species have ceased to exist over millions of years.
Q.13- You mentioned skeletons of your species, how is it possible that our Humans scientists have not found traces of you and your ancestors if you have lived all this time on our planet. We found a lot of primitive Dinosaur skeletons, but none of an advanced Reptilian with a skull and a bigger brain and a hand with a thumb like you?
R.13- But if, you with them found. Only, your '' big '' scientists have not been able to completely rebuild the skeletons, because you wanted to rebuild Reptilian Animals, not intelligent beings.
You would laugh if you could know how many little skeletons of Saurians in your museums are in fact false constructions of beings that never existed, because you included bones that did not belong to them and sometimes you made artificial bones to complete the Saurian '' animal '' that you needed to rebuild.
Many of your scientists are aware of this problem. But they do not talk to the public because they can not explain it, so they say that the bones were only missing and their reconstruction is right. A scientist from the country you call the (United States) rebuilt a skeleton of our species almost perfectly a few years ago, but the local government (which knows our existence perfectly) has confiscated this reconstruction.
Since we have been living underground for millions of years, you can not find any of our corpses or skeletons anymore.
Q.14 - Sometimes you talk about subterranean cities and artificial sun, do you suggest something like the hollow Earth hypothesis, is there a second sun inside the Earth?
R.14- when I speak of our underground homeland, I speak of systems of vast caverns. The caves you found near the surface are tiny compared to the real caves and caverns that exist at depth (between 2 and 8 thousand meters deep, but connected to the surface or caves (close to the surface by many tunnels.
We live in big cities and advanced technology settlements, inside these caves.
The main sites are located in the Arctic, Antarctica, Inner Asia, North America and Australia.

Q.15- Let's go back to your story and to ours, you mentioned the race of "Illogimes" who created our human race. Where did they come from and what was their appearance? What happened when they arrived? Are they our God?
R.15- "Illogimes" come from this Universe of the Solar System that you call "Aldebaran" in your charts of the sky. They are tall Humanoids, with unusually blond hair, very white skin (they avoided sunlight because it hurt their skin and their eyes). Which is absolutely amazing for a species like ours who loves the sun. They seemed very intelligent and peaceful at first, and we had started friendly communications with them more or less. But later, they unveiled their real intentions and plans: They wanted to evolve the monkeys to a new race and we were a factor of inconvenience for them, on their new zoo planetary.
They started by catching 10 or 20 thousand of your Simian ancestors, and then they left the planet for several hundred years. When they came back, they brought back your ancestors (then a little more human). Then they left Earth again for a few thousand years and the primitive prehumans lived with us without any major problem (they were only afraid of our ships and our technology). "Illogimes" had taught their mind and increased their brain and body structure. They were then able to use the tools and the fire.
The "Illogimes" then came back several times during 23 thousand years, and accelerated the speed of evolution of some of them. You must understand that you are not the 1st human civilization on this planet. The first advanced humans with a technology and a language lived about 700 thousand years ago on this planet (at the same time as the pre-Humans less developed, because the "Illogimes" had experimented different speeds and stages of evolution) . (Your scientists did not understand this because they found only pre-human bones and primitive drawings in caves, showing advanced humans and flying objects). This genetically advanced human race lived with us, but avoided any contact with my species, because their "Illogime" teachers had deflected them by telling them that we were monsters and that we mentioned them.
After a few centuries, the Extraterrestrials decided to exterminate their first creation, and they accelerated to the evolution of a second creation, thanks to a better series of tests etc. The truth is that your modern human civilization is not the first on this planet, but already the 7th. The constructions of the 1st race are lost, but the 5th civilization was the one that built the vast triangular buildings that you call "Pyramids of Egypt", 75 thousand years ago. (Your Egyptians have only found these ancient pyramids in the sand and tried without much success to build similar ones). The 6th civilization is the one that builds the ruined cities that are found today under the sea, in what is called the Bimini Zone and is 16 thousand years old.
The last creation of the 7th race was made only 8,500 years ago. This is the only one you can remember, and to which your religious writings refer. You rely on archaeological and paleontological objects that show you a very short past, but how could you know anything about the previous 6 creations?
And if you find evidence of their existence, you deny them and you interpret the facts in a wrong way, partly because of the programming of your mind, and especially by pure ignorance. I will give you information about your current creation only, because the 6 previous creations are lost, so it does not concern you.
There was a long war between the '' Illogimes '' and us, and also between some groups of '' Illogimes '' against each other, because many of them thought that this incessant recreation of a human race on this planet did not make sense. The last battles were fought 5,000 years ago, in orbit and on the surface.
The Extraterrestrials used powerful sonic weapons to destroy our underground cities, but on the other hand we were able to destroy many of their surface installations and their bases in space. Humans of your race were very frightened when they watched our battles that they transcribed as myths (their minds could not understand what was really grazing).
The "Illogimes" who seemed like gods in the sixth and seventh creations told them that it was a war between evil and evil and that there were good and bad races. This certainly depends on where we are from. This planet was ours before they arrived and before they started to develop their project of evolution of your race. In my point of view, it was right to fight them for our planet.
There are 4943 years of your time exactly, the '' Illogimes '' have left the planet again for unknown reasons. (For us, this is an important date, which our historians call "victory").
Among us, many who made contact with some of your tribes (further south) over the next centuries, were able to convince them that we are not '' the Evil '', which the Extraterrestrials wanted to make them believe. Previously, they had left the planet for about 1000 years, so we expected to return sometime in the future, either to complete the project or to exterminate the 7th creation. . But we do not know exactly what happened to them (to answer in advance the question that you will ask).
Your current civilization knows nothing of its real origin, its real past, its real world, or the real universe. You know very little about us and our past. And you do not know anything that can happen in the future.
As long as you do not understand or believe what I say, your species will be in danger. I tell you the truth because your enemy is not us.
Your enemies are already here and you have not understood anything. Open your eyes, you will have enemies soon. If you do not understand what I just told you, then you should remember this.
Q.16- What do the hostile Extraterrestrials want?
R.16- Different minerals, including copper for their technology, as well as your water (or rather, the hydrogen it contains, which is a source of energy for the advanced fusion process and some elements of your air.
In addition, 2 breeds are particularly interested in your body, your human tissues and your blood, because their own genetic structure is defective due to poor evolution and radiation (for what we know). They will need intact sequences from your species and other animals to repair their genetic system over and over again, but they are not able to completely repair their DNA defects, because yours is not completely compatible with theirs. (My own species is absolutely incompatible with theirs, so we do not interest them). They then try to cause crossbreeds between themselves and you, using artificial insemination and artificial matrices.
We suppose that the coming war between the three races, or between you and one of them or all three, will be for the conquest of ores, hydrogen, air and DNA. .
Q.17- Do you mean a last sentence or give a last message?
R.17- Open your eyes and see.
Do not just believe your fake story and your scientists, or your politicians.
Some of them know the truth about many things, but they do not want to inform the public to avoid confusion and panic. I think your race is not as bad as some of my species think, and it would be a shame to see your end.

Observation.17: These few words sound like a particularly relevant conclusion for the time we are going through. Nearly ten years after the date of this presumed interview, Lacerta's last words, though slightly scornful of our ignorance, are however extremely sharp at a time when people doubt the honesty and reliability of the system in which we live. Let's live, it would be somewhat ironic that the best advice was given to us by a young Reptilian student coming from a civilization holed up in the depths of our planet.
As you will have seen from the few questions that have been selected for this analysis, the Lacerta file is extremely rich in information and we encourage all those interested in this topic to read the entire file. Historical biological or ideological data are a real source of questions and questions.
What can we really get from this file and this information? The analysis of the selected questions raises two main conclusions. First of all, the information that we can come across with Lacerta's comments is simply extremely varied and, above all, terribly numerous.
In the hypothesis that this file is a fraud, a simple hoax, where the persons having written it had to have an extremely extensive knowledge, being able to gather the entirety of the concordances which we have noted and this, in a single subject and, in one story that let's face it, is rather consistent in scriptwriting writing. But mastering as many subjects in so many different areas is not within everyone's reach, and doubt can arise as to the purpose, for a person with so much knowledge in so many areas. To realize such a subject especially considering the final gain which to our knowledge is null.
There is however a strong argument against the authenticity of the Lacerta case. If so many concordances can be correlated with the topics addressed by this so-called Reptilian, none of these facts, studies or observations is later and all the information that can be attached to it was therefore already known or accessible before 1999. The Lacerta case does not bring any novelty.
As for the topics discussed or the correlations that we can add, except for a Reptilian / Terrestrial race biologically originated from the planet Earth. Apart from that, no discovery of anything new since that date was able to assert or confirm the comments made in this interview. There is no material or factual evidence to support this case, and it is only on the testimony of Mr.Oley that we must base ourselves to judge the truth of this case, however, very interesting!
Everyone will make his own opinion, proof of a Reptilian / Terrestrial civilization for some, vulgar sci-fi script for others, or a subject that does not even deserve to be treated for the most obtuse.
The Lacerta file is nevertheless an incredible source of questioning, which can be related to dozens of different subjects. If it is a hoax, let us at least recognize its creator the merit of knowing his subject or rather knowing a multitude of topics and being able to connect them together to form a coherent story. And if the Lacerta record is genuine, then our past history, as a future, may well be very different from what we thought, and that means that we are only illegitimate squatters on a planet belonging to Reptilians?

Q- What exactly is the Lacerta file?
R- This is an interview done in December 1999 in Sweden by a Mr.Oley. This document of 46 pages and 40 questions is known in France under the name Lacerta Dossier '' Interview with Reptilian ''.
INTRODUCTION :
In this case these non-Mammalian entities are somewhat different from traditional tyrannical extraterrestrials aimed at controlling, enslaving and dominating humanity in the shadows, hiding behind our political leaders or all the great families of history.
The Lacerta file offers us a new vision on the possibility of the existence of an advanced and intelligent form of life of the Reptilian type and especially non-Exogenous since originating from our beautiful blue planet.
This interview is an extremely complex and time-consuming subject since the 1999 file is only the first. Indeed a second interview will be carried out in 2003 closing the file. In this document we will not discuss the veracity of the words or the authenticity, we will try to gather the information obtained to better understand who could be his Terran Reptilians, their characteristics their stories and their possible interactions with our species, obviously on a file of 46 pages and 40 questions, a lot of information does not correspond to this approach and will deal with the spirituality of this civilization or manners, which does not really correspond to the first approach that we want to give to this file.
Before looking at the information given by this so-called reptilian, let's start by analyzing the name of this Lacerta file. The term Lacerta, some refer to a kind of Saurians of the order Reptiles including several species of lizards extremely common in Europe as the green lizard or lizard walls of our gardens for example to popularize a little things. Lacerta equal Lizard. Good so far so we are rather in the theme. A Lacerta file that talks about being Reptilian Lizard Man. For now, it holds up. Let's get back to it now, in the heart of the matter, the first question that corresponds to the subject of this document will simply be the first of the interview.

Q.1- Who are you and are you from an Extraterrestrial race or a being from this planet? Lacerta's answer was:
R.1- As you see with your own eyes, I am not really a Mammal (despite the fact that my bodily appearance has traits that belong to Mammals, and that result from evolution). I am a female Reptilian being. I belong to a very old Reptilian race, native of the Earth.
We have lived on this planet for millions of years.
We are mentioned in your religious writings, like the Christian Bible for example, and many ancient tribes knew our existence and worshiped us as gods, eg the Egyptians and the Incas.
Your Christian religion has misunderstood our role in creation, and writes our race as "an evil serpent". It's wrong. It is an Extraterrestrial race that designed your species by genetic engineering, and we were only more or less passive visitors in this process of accelerated evolution. You must know (as some of your scientists have guessed) that your species has evolved at a speed that would normally be completely impossible in the space of 2-3 million years.
A normal evolution is a much slower process, but you have not understood it. The creation of your race was done artificially by genetic engineering not by us, but by an extraterrestrial race. You ask me if I am Extraterrestrial: I answer no.
We are born Terrans. We still have colonies in the solar system, but our origin is this planet.
It's our planet and not yours, it's never been yours!
Q.2- How old are you? Lacerta's answer was:
R.2- We do not measure time like you, in astronomical years corresponding to Earth's revolutions around the sun, because we usually live below the surface of the planet. Our measurement of time is based on the periodic return of certain cycles of the Earth's magnetic field.
According to this measure (and expressed with your numbers), my current age is (let me calculate), 57,653 cycles. I reached my adult phase and my awareness is 16,337 cycles (this is a very important date for us, according to your human time, I would be about 28 years old.
Q.3- What is your task? Do you have a job like us? Lacerta's answer was:
R.3- Using your words, I would say that I am a student curious about the social behavior of your species. That's why I'm here and I'm talking to you, and that's why I revealed my true nature to E.F. and reveal it to you now.
That's why I'm giving you this secret information and I'll try to answer honestly all the questions you've written on all these sheets of paper, I'll see how you react, and how other people react of your kind.
There are so many madmen and liars of your kind on this planet, who claim to hold the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrials, etc. Some of you believe in these lies.
It interests me to observe how your species will react if the truth (which I will tell you now) is made public.
I am sure that all of you will refuse to believe my word. I hope I'm not wrong because you need to understand, if you want to survive in the coming years.
Q.4- Are UFOs real flying objects controlled by aliens or do they belong to your species? Lacerta's answer was:
Q.4- We also have a small fleet of flying discs, but UFOs of this type usually belong to an Extraterrestrial race. Triangular UFOs usually belong to your own military, but they were built using extraterrestrial technology.
If you want to see one of our ships, you would have to look at the Arctic, Antarctic and Inner Asia skies (especially above the mountains in this area).
Q.5- Do you have a special symbol or something like that to identify your race? Reply Lacerta:
R.5- We have two major symbols to represent our race. One (the oldest) is a blue snake with four white wings on a black field (these colors have religious significance for us).
These symbols were used by some parts of my society, but now it has become extremely rare. You humans have copied it too often in your old writings. The other symbol represents a mystic being that you would call a '' dragon '', represented as a circle containing seven white stars. This symbol is more common nowadays.
If you see one of these symbols on a cylindrical device, such as the one I described to you, or on an underground installation, it means that this device or this place belong to us definitively, and I advise you to move away from it as well. as fast as possible!
Q.6- Do the seven stars that you mention in your second symbol represent the Pleiades? Lacerta's answer was:
R.6- The Pleiades no! They are planets and moons, it is the symbol of our seven ancient colonies in the solar system. The stars appear on a blue field, and the dragon in a circle symbolizes the shape of the Earth.
The seven white stars were the Moon, Mars, Venus, and the four moons of Jupiter and Saturn that we had colonized in the past. Two of these colonies are now abandoned, we do not use them anymore. It would be more correct to use five stars.
Q.7- Can you describe yourself in detail?
R.7- I know that photos would be useful in that sense. But on the other hand, you humans are inveterate skeptics (which is very good for us as well as for the real aliens who act secretly on this planet). So, even if you have these pictures, many of your kind would say that they are fake, that I am a masked human woman or something like that (which would be an offense to me).
You must understand that I can not give you permission to make these pictures of me or my equipment, for several reasons, that I will not discuss with you now. One of these reasons is that the secret of our existence must be preserved. The other is more religious. Nevertheless, I allow you to make sketches of my appearance and my equipment that I will show you later.
I will also try to describe myself, but I doubt that other beings of your species can be able to imagine my real appearance from a few words.
Indeed, the automatic denial of the existence of Reptilian species and, in general, of any other intelligent species outside of yours, is part of the programming of your mind.
Nevertheless, I will try!
Imagine the body of a normal human woman, and you can pretty much represent my body. Like you, I have one head, two arms, two mins, two legs and two feet, and the proportions of my body are identical to yours. As I am female, I have two breasts. Despite our Reptilian origin, we began to breastfeed our babies during our evolutionary process. About thirty million years ago, because it's the best thing to keep young people alive. Evolution had already done it for your species during the time of the dinosaurs, and did it a little later for us. This does not mean that we are real mammals. But our breasts are as big as those of the Human woman, and of identical size for all females of my species. The reproductive organs are the same as those of Humans, in both sexes, but a little smaller. They are visible and have the same function as yours (another gift of evolution).
My skin is mainly of a green-beige color (rather pale green) and we have drawings made of irregular brown spots (each spot measuring 1 to 2 centimeters) on the body and the face (the drawings are different depending on the sex , but females have more, especially on the lower body and on the face).
In my case, you can observe the two lines of dots above the eyebrows, crossing my forehead, on the cheeks and on the chin.
My eyes are a little bigger than human eyes (for this reason we see better in the dark). What dominates is the large black pupil, surrounded by a small bright green iris (the males have a dark green iris).
The pupil is slit and can change in size, ranging from a tiny black line to a large egg-shaped oval. Our retina is extremely sensitive to light and therefore the pupil has to adapt to it.
The rest of the description: outer round ears, smaller, but better hearing. Sensitivity to a wider sound scale. Muscle allowing to completely close the ears, under water for example. Nose more pointed, form of '' V '' between the nostrils to '' feel '' temperatures, a capacity that has a little blunted with time. Lips of the same shape as in Humans, larger in females, brown in color.
Teeth very white, strong, longer and more pointed. One color of hair (greenish brown), but tradition of dyeing according to age. Hair thicker and stronger. No other hair on the body, green-beige skin, with shell structures on the thighs and upper arms. Five fingers a little longer and slimmer than in humans.
Smooth palms without your lines, but a combination in the form of scales with brown spots in both sexes. No fingerprints. Softer skin. Small pointed horns on the top of the two middle fingers. Gray nails and longer males (5 to 6 cm.) With round tops in females, pointed in males. Difference from the human species: a kind of ridge along the spine to the hip level, with a complicated shape, with plaques, made of skin and tissue. Structure very sensitive to the touch and very innervated and vascularized which has a role in the sexuality and the regulation of the temperature.
Hard to sit on a chair with that. In the sun, the plates are filled with reptilian blood that warms several degrees, which is great fun. No belly button. Different birth compared to Mammals. Other minor differences not visible because hidden by clothing.
Q.8- You say you are born in a different way? Do you lay eggs?
R.8- Yes, but not like Primitive Birds or Reptiles. Growth of the embryo in the maternal center, in a protein liquid surrounded by an egg-shaped limestone membrane, but very fine. The egg completely fills the womb and the child is totally separated from the mother's body.
There is also an "umbilical cord" connected to a hidden spot in the back plates. At birth, the egg comes out through the girl thingy and the baby instinctively uses the two horns of his middle fingers to break the shell and take his first breath. Babies smaller than humans, 30 to 35 cm. , egg of 40 cm., but growth up to 1m60 to 1m80.
Q.9- About the temperature of your body, you say that you like to be in the sun. What is the effect?
R.9- We are Reptilians, the temperature of our body depends on the environment. My hand is colder than yours. Normal temperature 30 to 33 degrees Celsius. Naked and the back plates turned towards the sun, the temperature can rise from 8 to 9 degrees in a few minutes, this rise produces hormones, each organ is more active. This is the greatest pleasure you can imagine, close to sexual arousal.
Also, swim in very hot water or other liquids. In the shade, the temperature goes down in a few hours, without any particular damage. We have solar rooms in the basement, but it's not as good as the real sun.
Q.10- Can you tell me something about the natural history and evolution of your species? Is it very old? Have you evolved from primitive reptiles as mankind has evolved from monkeys?
R.10- This is a complex story that will seem incredible to you, but it's the truth that I will try to summarize. 65 million years ago many of our advanced ancestors of the Dinosaur race died in a major global cataclysm. The cause of this destruction was not natural. Not at all, an asteroid impact as your scientists believe, but a war between two alien enemy groups. This war was taking place in orbit and in the upper atmosphere of your planet.
According to our limited knowledge of the early days, it was the first Extraterrestrial War on planet Earth, but it was not the last. (And a future war is to be feared soon, while a 'cold war' has been going on for 73 years on your planet.
The belligerents in this war of 65 million years ago were two advanced extraterrestrial races whose names are unpronounceable in your language. I can say them, but their original pronunciation would hurt your ears. The first race was Humanoid as your race, but older, and native to your universe, a solar system of the constellation you call '' Procyon ''. The second breed, of which we know very little, was a Reptilian species that had nothing to do with ours, because we evolved from local saurians without outside influence (except for the successful genetic manipulation that we have done ourselves on our own genes).
The first Humanoid race had reached the Earth about 150 years before the Reptilian race and had built its colonies on the continents of the time. There was a large colony on the continent that you call today '' Antarctic '', and another on the one you now call '' Asia ''.
These people lived with Saurians with an animal appearance, without any problem.
When the advanced Reptilian race arrived in this system, the Humanoid colonies from 'Procyon' tried to communicate peacefully, without success, and a general war was declared in a few months. Both species were interested in this young planet, not for its biology or for its underdeveloped species, but for a single reason, minerals, and especially copper.
Both races wanted the copper of the Earth. For this reason, they waged a very long war in space and in orbit. The Humanoid species seemed to have the upper hand at first, but in the last battle, the Reptilians decided to use a very powerful experimental weapon, a kind of fusion bomb that was supposed to destroy life forms on the planet, but without reaching the valuable minerals nor copper. The bomb was fired from space, and exploded at a point on our planet that we now call "Central America".
As it exploded in the ocean, there was an unpredictable fusion with hydrogen, and its effect was much stronger than the Reptilians expected. The result is deadly radiation, over-production of fissile oxygen, fallout from various elements, and a "nuclear winter" of almost two hundred years. Most Humanoids were killed and the Reptilians were no longer interested in this planet after a few years for unknown reasons (even for us).
It can be because of radiation.
Planet Earth was alone again, and surface animals died. One of the effects of the fusion bomb was the fallout of various elements and materials created by the process, including Iridium. Your scientists now consider Iridium as evidence of the shock of the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. That's wrong, but how would you know?
Most of the dinosaurs died not from the explosion but from the consequences that followed after the war, especially the "nuclear winter" and the fallout in the next 20 years, almost all the dinosaurs and reptilians were dead, but some of them managed to survive for 200 to 300 years, then died because the climate had changed.
At the end of the nuclear winter after 200 years, it was colder on Earth than before. Some species could survive despite the cataclysm: fish (sharks for example).
Birds, small animals crawling (your ancestors) different reptiles and crocodiles ... and a kind of small advanced dinosaurs that had developed with large animal reptiles such as the one you call '' tyrannosaurus ''.
This reptile walked on 2 legs and looked a little like your reconstruction of '' the ignanodon '' (it was of the same family) but it was smaller (1 meter 50 '), with humanoid features, a bone structure changed, the brain and skull larger, a hand with a thumb capable of grasping things, a different organism and digestion, eyes developed in the middle of the head, like yours and more importantly, a new brain structure and improved. This was our direct ancestor.
Theories claim that the radiation of the bomb generated the mutations of organisms of this new race, but this is not proven. This little humanoid / dinosaur evolved during the next 30 million years to move from the animal state to that of a being more or less thinking. (As I said before, it usually takes a lot more time than you think for the evolution of a breed, if this evolution is not artificially induced as in your case).
These beings were smart enough not to die over the next millions of years because they learned to change their behavior. They lived in caves instead of staying in the cold of the outdoors and learned to use stones and branches as their first tool. The use of fire helped them to warm up and especially to warm their blood, which is very important for survival.
In the next 20 million years, nature divided this species into 127 subspecies and there were wars of domination between these species, 24 of these species died out in the early wars and during evolution because their bodies and minds were not mature enough to survive and (main reason) they were not able to transform their blood temperature system in the event of climate change.
50 million years after the war and the end of the dinosaurs, there remained only 3 advanced (and also technological) reptilian races on this planet, in addition to other animals. By natural and artificial crosses, these 3 races were unified into a single Reptilian race. And thanks to the invention of the genetic manipulations, we became able to eliminate the genes susceptible of division in our genetic structure.
According to our history and our beliefs, it is at this moment that our definitive race (as you see me today) was completed by genetic engineering. It was 10 million years ago. Our evolution has practically stopped at this point (apart from a few minor changes towards a more Humanoid and Mammalian appearance, but without division into subspecies).
So we are a very ancient breed compared to yours which, at that time, was still climbing trees like monkeys, while we inventions technologies, colonization of other planets of this system, build large cities on this planet (which is gone without a trace) and manipulate our own genes while your genes were still those of an animal.
10 million years ago, the small "Simiesques" began to grow and descend trees (again because of a change of climate, especially in the so-called continent (Africa).) But their evolution was very slow which is normal for mammals If nothing extraordinary had happened for your species, we would not be there sitting talking.
I would be in my comfortable modern house and you in your cave, dressed in animal skins and trying to discover the secrets of fire or you might be in one of our zoos. But things have turned out differently and you are now taking yourself for the kings of creation, you think it's up to you to live in a modern house, while we should hide underground and in secluded places.
About 1.5 million years ago, another extraterrestrial race arrived on Earth (the first in 60 million years), which is surprising. This would surprise you a lot if you knew how many Alien races are living on your planet today. To our astonishment, this Extraterrestrial race was not interested in minerals or copper, but in you, the underdeveloped humanoid monkeys.
Despite our presence on this Earth, the Extraterrestrials decided to "help" the monkeys to evolve a little faster, in order to make in the future a kind of race-slave for the wars to come.
The fate of your species did not really interest us, but we do not like the presence of these '' llojllm '' on our planet. They did not like our presence in their galactic zoo either.
This is why your 6th and 7th creations were the occasion of a war between them and us. You can read, for example, in the book you call "The Bible," a very large description.
The truth is a very long and difficult story.
Q.11- You mention many facts about this war, 65 million years ago, this happened long before your species became intelligent and if I understand you correctly, how could you know so much of this first war and on your own evolution?
R.11- Our knowledge concerning the 1st war comes from an ancient object that was found by our archaeologists 16 thousand years ago on the continent that you now call North America. They found a kind of circular plate with an approximate diameter of 47 cm. , made of an unknown magnetic material. Inside a smaller crystal is encased, containing a huge amount of information coded in its molecular structure. This memorial plaque had been manufactured by survivors of the Humanoid breed from '' Procyon '' who had survived the bomb 65 million years ago, was completely intact.
Our scientists were able to decode the messages and so we heard for the first time a distant past connecting to the description of the dinosaurs. The plaque contained detailed descriptions of the 2 species, but much more about Humanoids as well as weapons and events including the fusion bomb. It also contained a description of the Earth's Animals and Saurians including our pre-intelligent species.
The rest of our knowledge of our evolution comes from the study of skeletons and readings and decoding of our "DNA". You see, we have known the truth about our roots for 16 thousand years. Before that, our ideas on the question of our origin were rather religious beliefs.
Q.12- What happened to the 2 Extraterrestrial races?
R.12- We do not know exactly. The surviving Humanoids on Earth died in the years following the bomb, and the Reptilians never returned to Earth (to our knowledge).
It is possible that the latter could not physically return, because the matter between the "bubbles" sometimes has rapid movements.
The current theory is that 2 species have ceased to exist over millions of years.
Q.13- You mentioned skeletons of your species, how is it possible that our Humans scientists have not found traces of you and your ancestors if you have lived all this time on our planet. We found a lot of primitive Dinosaur skeletons, but none of an advanced Reptilian with a skull and a bigger brain and a hand with a thumb like you?
R.13- But if, you with them found. Only, your '' big '' scientists have not been able to completely rebuild the skeletons, because you wanted to rebuild Reptilian Animals, not intelligent beings.
You would laugh if you could know how many little skeletons of Saurians in your museums are in fact false constructions of beings that never existed, because you included bones that did not belong to them and sometimes you made artificial bones to complete the Saurian '' animal '' that you needed to rebuild.
Many of your scientists are aware of this problem. But they do not talk to the public because they can not explain it, so they say that the bones were only missing and their reconstruction is right. Many bones of our species have been used to reconstruct the iguanodon, for example for the hand with the visible thumb (go see a iguanodon in a museum and you will see that I am right).
A scientist from the country you call the (United States) rebuilt a skeleton of our species almost perfectly a few years ago, but the local government (which knows our existence perfectly) has confiscated this reconstruction.
Since we have been living underground for millions of years, you can not find any of our corpses or skeletons anymore.
Q.14 - Sometimes you talk about subterranean cities and artificial sun, do you suggest something like the hollow Earth hypothesis, is there a second sun inside the Earth?
R.14- when I speak of our underground homeland, I speak of systems of vast caverns. The caves you found near the surface are tiny compared to the real caves and caverns that exist at depth (between 2 and 8 thousand meters deep, but connected to the surface or caves (close to the surface by many tunnels.
We live in big cities and advanced technology settlements, inside these caves.
The main sites are located in the Arctic, Antarctica, Inner Asia, North America and Australia.
When I mention an artificial sun, it is not a true sun, but different sources of technological light (including gravitational lights that illuminate caves and tunnels.
There are special areas in each city with strong UV light emitters, which we use to warm our blood. In addition, we have some sunny spots on the surface, in very remote areas, in America and Australia.
Q.15- Let's go back to your story and to ours, you mentioned the race of "Illogimes" who created our human race. Where did they come from and what was their appearance? What happened when they arrived? Are they our God?
R.15- "Illogimes" come from this Universe of the Solar System that you call "Aldebaran" in your charts of the sky. They are tall Humanoids, with unusually blond hair, very white skin (they avoided sunlight because it hurt their skin and their eyes). Which is absolutely amazing for a species like ours who loves the sun. They seemed very intelligent and peaceful at first, and we had started friendly communications with them more or less. But later, they unveiled their real intentions and plans: They wanted to evolve the monkeys to a new race and we were a factor of inconvenience for them, on their new zoo planetary.
They started by catching 10 or 20 thousand of your Simian ancestors, and then they left the planet for several hundred years. When they came back, they brought back your ancestors (then a little more human). Then they left Earth again for a few thousand years and the primitive prehumans lived with us without any major problem (they were only afraid of our ships and our technology). "Illogimes" had taught their mind and increased their brain and body structure. They were then able to use the tools and the fire.
The "Illogimes" then came back several times during 23 thousand years, and accelerated the speed of evolution of some of them. You must understand that you are not the 1st human civilization on this planet. The first advanced humans with a technology and a language lived about 700 thousand years ago on this planet (at the same time as the pre-Humans less developed, because the "Illogimes" had experimented different speeds and stages of evolution) . (Your scientists did not understand this because they found only pre-human bones and primitive drawings in caves, showing advanced humans and flying objects). This genetically advanced human race lived with us, but avoided any contact with my species, because their "Illogime" teachers had deflected them by telling them that we were monsters and that we mentioned them.
After a few centuries, the Extraterrestrials decided to exterminate their first creation, and they accelerated to the evolution of a second creation, thanks to a better series of tests etc. The truth is that your modern human civilization is not the first on this planet, but already the 7th. The constructions of the 1st race are lost, but the 5th civilization was the one that built the vast triangular buildings that you call "Pyramids of Egypt", 75 thousand years ago. (Your Egyptians have only found these ancient pyramids in the sand and tried without much success to build similar ones). The 6th civilization is the one that builds the ruined cities that are found today under the sea, in what is called the Bimini Zone and is 16 thousand years old.
The last creation of the 7th race was made only 8,500 years ago. This is the only one you can remember, and to which your religious writings refer. You rely on archaeological and paleontological objects that show you a very short past, but how could you know anything about the previous 6 creations?
And if you find evidence of their existence, you deny them and you interpret the facts in a wrong way, partly because of the programming of your mind, and especially by pure ignorance. I will give you information about your current creation only, because the 6 previous creations are lost, so it does not concern you.
There was a long war between the '' Illogimes '' and us, and also between some groups of '' Illogimes '' against each other, because many of them thought that this incessant recreation of a human race on this planet did not make sense. The last battles were fought 5,000 years ago, in orbit and on the surface.
The Extraterrestrials used powerful sonic weapons to destroy our underground cities, but on the other hand we were able to destroy many of their surface installations and their bases in space. Humans of your race were very frightened when they watched our battles that they transcribed as myths (their minds could not understand what was really grazing).
The "Illogimes" who seemed like gods in the sixth and seventh creations told them that it was a war between evil and evil and that there were good and bad races. This certainly depends on where we are from. This planet was ours before they arrived and before they started to develop their project of evolution of your race. In my point of view, it was right to fight them for our planet.
There are 4943 years of your time exactly, the '' Illogimes '' have left the planet again for unknown reasons. (For us, this is an important date, which our historians call "victory").
Among us, many who made contact with some of your tribes (further south) over the next centuries, were able to convince them that we are not '' the Evil '', which the Extraterrestrials wanted to make them believe. During the last 4900 years, many other extraterrestrial races have arrived on the planet, (some using the same old teachings and programming of your mind, (have also been thought of as '' gods ''), but '' Illogimes’’ ‘’themselves never came back.
Previously, they had left the planet for about 1000 years, so we expected to return sometime in the future, either to complete the project or to exterminate the 7th creation. . But we do not know exactly what happened to them (to answer in advance the question that you will ask).
Your current civilization knows nothing of its real origin, its real past, its real world, or the real universe. You know very little about us and our past. And you do not know anything that can happen in the future.
As long as you do not understand or believe what I say, your species will be in danger. I tell you the truth because your enemy is not us.
Your enemies are already here and you have not understood anything. Open your eyes, you will have enemies soon. If you do not understand what I just told you, then you should remember this.
Q.16- What do the hostile Extraterrestrials want?
R.16- Different minerals, including copper for their technology, as well as your water (or rather, the hydrogen it contains, which is a source of energy for the advanced fusion process and some elements of your air.
In addition, 2 breeds are particularly interested in your body, your human tissues and your blood, because their own genetic structure is defective due to poor evolution and radiation (for what we know). They will need intact sequences from your species and other animals to repair their genetic system over and over again, but they are not able to completely repair their DNA defects, because yours is not completely compatible with theirs. (My own species is absolutely incompatible with theirs, so we do not interest them). They then try to cause crossbreeds between themselves and you, using artificial insemination and artificial matrices.
We suppose that the coming war between the three races, or between you and one of them or all three, will be for the conquest of ores, hydrogen, air and DNA. .

R.17- Open your eyes and see.
Do not just believe your fake story and your scientists, or your politicians.
Some of them know the truth about many things, but they do not want to inform the public to avoid confusion and panic. I think your race is not as bad as some of my species think, and it would be a shame to see your end.

Observation.17: These few words sound like a particularly relevant conclusion for the time we are going through. Nearly ten years after the date of this presumed interview, Lacerta's last words, though slightly scornful of our ignorance, are however extremely sharp at a time when people doubt the honesty and reliability of the system in which we live. Let's live, it would be somewhat ironic that the best advice was given to us by a young Reptilian student coming from a civilization holed up in the depths of our planet.
As you will have seen from the few questions that have been selected for this analysis, the Lacerta file is extremely rich in information and we encourage all those interested in this topic to read the entire file. Historical biological or ideological data are a real source of questions and questions.
What can we really get from this file and this information? The analysis of the selected questions raises two main conclusions. First of all, the information that we can come across with Lacerta's comments is simply extremely varied and, above all, terribly numerous.
In the hypothesis that this file is a fraud, a simple hoax, where the persons having written it had to have an extremely extensive knowledge, being able to gather the entirety of the concordances which we have noted and this, in a single subject and, in one story that let's face it, is rather consistent in scriptwriting writing. But mastering as many subjects in so many different areas is not within everyone's reach, and doubt can arise as to the purpose, for a person with so much knowledge in so many areas. To realize such a subject especially considering the final gain which to our knowledge is null.
There is however a strong argument against the authenticity of the Lacerta case. If so many concordances can be correlated with the topics addressed by this so-called Reptilian, none of these facts, studies or observations is later and all the information that can be attached to it was therefore already known or accessible before 1999. The Lacerta case does not bring any novelty.
As for the topics discussed or the correlations that we can add, except for a Reptilian / Terrestrial race biologically originated from the planet Earth. Apart from that, no discovery of anything new since that date was able to assert or confirm the comments made in this interview. There is no material or factual evidence to support this case, and it is only on the testimony of Mr.Oley that we must base ourselves to judge the truth of this case, however, very interesting!
Everyone will make his own opinion, proof of a Reptilian / Terrestrial civilization for some, vulgar sci-fi script for others, or a subject that does not even deserve to be treated for the most obtuse.
The Lacerta file is nevertheless an incredible source of questioning, which can be related to dozens of different subjects. If it is a hoax, let us at least recognize its creator the merit of knowing his subject or rather knowing a multitude of topics and being able to connect them together to form a coherent story. And if the Lacerta record is genuine, then our past history, as a future, may well be very different from what we thought, and that means that we are only illegitimate squatters on a planet belonging to Reptilians?
