Seven mainframes of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) are now offline for unknown reasons.
The loss of computing has also resulted in the disabling of a significant number of US spy satellites.
UPDATE 7:55 PM EDT -
Main frames "Snow White" 3, 4, 6 and 7 are offline.
Offline satellites including: Corona 1.4, 8 and 16 are down. (NOTE: CORONA SATELLITES ARE DIGITAL REPLACEMENTS OF "KEYBOARD" FOR THE ORIGINAL DECOMMISSIONED PROGRAM OF THE SAME NAME.)
Extra Sat Offline: Big bird 9 - "KH-9 (BYEMAN code name HEXAGON), commonly referred to as Big Bird [1] or Keyhole-9, was a series of US photographic reconnaissance satellites launched between 1971 and 1986. "

I just spoke at the Pentagon. The "official" line is "I have no information about such an event. But if such an event were to occur, we would not discuss it publicly. "

Sources in the intelligence community confirm that several mainframes are offline and several spy satellites are down. The technicians are working hard to find out what happened and fix it.
The internal evaluation thinks that "someone has specifically targeted our satellite-spy systems. Someone is now moving some things that they do not want us to move. This unexpected event is a major problem at all levels. "

We are now witnessing a near total blackout of most of our Signall Intelligence (SIGINT) and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Black-Ops satellites.
The CIA is now unable to perform certain key hole monitoring activities and there are now gaps in our ability to intercept various signals. that is, some phones, some radios, some Internet users, etc.
In other words, some people who previously thought to rule the world (the intelligence community within the CIA and the NSA) are now deaf, dumb and partially blind. Something massive is taking place. Things like that do not happen like that ...
Not sure where that's going, but anything is gigantic.

SIGINT and SATCOM capabilities remain SERIOUSLY COMPROMISED.
It is now barely more than 24 hours since most of our communication capabilities in the intelligence community are in decline.
