The role of the Vatican in the official disclosure of the existence of extraterrestrial life has recently received renewed attention with two related developments on 14 June. The first is an interfaith initiative of several religious leaders around the world, including Pope Francis, to promote friendship and unity among diverse religious communities through a joint declaration.
According to an informant of secret space programs, Corey Goode, Pope Francis and other world leaders have been contacted by a group of four human-looking extraterrestrial civilizations that encourage them to unite as a prelude to the establishment of a new world religion.
The second development was the synchronized publication, on June 14, of a presumed Majestic-12 document describing four known alien groups from the military intelligence community, including one that is human-looking and friendly. He states that formal diplomatic relations began with the human-looking group during the Eisenhower administration, and continue secretly to the present day.
With regard to the role of the Vatican and extraterrestrial life, it is important to emphasize that the Catholic Church has long played a leading role in secret diplomatic relations with extraterrestrials since at least the post-war period. This required high-level cooperation with the US military intelligence community.
The meeting was extensively described by an eminent professor of metaphysics at the time, Mead Layne, and deserves to be repeated in its entirety :
My dear friends: I have just returned from Muroc [Edward Air Base]. The report is true - terribly true! When we were allowed to enter the restricted section (after about six hours during which we were checked on all points, events, incidents and possible aspects of our personal and public life), I felt that the world had come to an end with fantastic realism. The previous diplomatic treaty was drafted by the MAJESTIC-12 operation and a joint committee of foreign visitors and US representatives. The diplomatic corps, as a declaration of intent. It was ratified and signed at Kirtland Air Force Base, Texas, on July 18, 1954 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower and an individual on behalf of the EBE. [P. E-6-de-6]
The Majestic document contains multiple anomalies, security marks, spelling errors, etc. which led many UFO researchers to consider it a hoax. Nevertheless, the document contains a lot of information that seems to be accurate from a historical point of view. This suggests that the purpose of the document was to achieve a specific objective by disclosing accurate information and anomalies that could easily be rejected because of a plausible deniability.
Regarding the subject of document Majestic, we must consider the part that examines four types of extraterrestrial life known to the Intelligence Agency of Defense in 1989, when the Information Document was prepared :
There are four basic types of EBE - so far confirmed. And they are listed here in descending order of their influence on our planet.
A. Humanoids similar to those of the Earth. There are several variants more or less similar to ourselves. Most of them are friendly and make up the majority of our EBE contacts. Most have a high degree of psychic ability and all use advanced science and engineering.
B. Little humanoids or "Grays". The Grays, called for the color of their skin owned by the majority of this type, are a kind of drone ... .. They are mostly under the control of humanoid psychic similar to Earth who raise them as pets company (or some kind of slave). Assuming that the Grays are under mild control, they are harmless.
C. Nonhuman EBE. .... Many of them are not dangerous for organized hostile intentions, but because such creatures do not regard human life as sacred ... .. Until now, contacts have been minimal and there 'was that a handful of unfortunate encounters.
D. Transmorphic entities. .... Essentially, these entities are composed of pure mental energies. ... It is said that they are capable (by other EBE) of taking any physical form that they "channel" their energy ... as matter.
What is very significant is that the document suggests that the human-like extraterrestrials are the friendliest of the four identified extraterrestrial groups and are therefore more reliable partners for diplomatic relations and long-term agreements.
The history of Vatican diplomatic relations with the extraterrestrials, secretly conducted in coordination with the US military, also involved unofficial channels. One of them included the famous contactee, George Adamski.
Adamski claims to have been contacted with an extraterrestrial group of "Nordic" human appearance. He regularly informs Pentagon officials of his first contacts since 1952. In addition, Adamski says he secretly met with Pope John XXIII in 1963. UFO researchers like Desmond Leslie have reviewed Adamski's claims in this regard. and found them factually correct.
In 1952, George Adamski claims he met an alien who came out of a flying "disembarked" flying saucer. Six witnesses signed affidavits on the Adamski encounter.
Apparently, Adamski transmitted messages and coordinated one or more secret meetings between Pope John XXIII and the Nordics who wanted the pope to promote a more tolerant and inclusive Catholic religion. This happened at the same time as the Pope convened the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), which is widely recognized for modernizing the practice of Catholicism and introducing it into the twentieth century.
It is important to keep in mind the importance of this scenario for a reformist pope willing to fundamentally change Catholic practices and theology, because of secret diplomatic relations with extraterrestrials.
Decades later, in February 2008, the Catholic Church would have played a leading role in the UN secret talks on the disclosure of the reality of extraterrestrial life. It was stated that following these discussions, the Catholic Church would spearhead the promotion of greater openness on the issue of UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
This so-called evolution at the United Nations coincided with that of the head of the Vatican Astronomical Observatory, Father Gabriel Funes, who gave an interview entitled "The Alien is my brother", published by the Vatican's newspaper L'Osservatore Romano May 13, 2008.
Although the existence of UN secret talks in 2008 continues to be hotly debated, the timing of the Funes interview makes it plausible that these events occurred as independent whistleblowers claim. What reinforces the credibility of these whistleblowers is Goode's recent comment that his sources told him that a disclosure initiative had indeed taken place in 2008 and that the Vatican was a key player.
There have been many subsequent developments since 2008 when the Vatican sponsored astrobiology conferences, starting in 2009, on the scientific and social implications of extraterrestrial life. Vatican astronomers have also been very active in public exploration of questions such as "can extraterrestrials be baptized," as illustrated in a 2014 book by Brother Guy Consolmagno titled, Will You Baptize an Extraterrestrial ?
All these developments point clearly to the conclusion that prominent Vatican officials have laid the groundwork for preparing Catholics around the world for surprising revelations of extraterrestrial life and for the major ecclesiastical reforms that will ensue.
The unprecedented retreat of a practicing Pontiff, Pope Benedict XVI, who was part of a harder conservative faction of the Catholic Church, and his replacement, on February 28, 2013, by the more liberal Progressive Pope Francis I, seems to be part of this hidden process of preparation.
On October 27, 2014, Pope Francis issued a statement in which he referred to extraterrestrials, using the euphemism "beings of the universe" as playing a key role in God's evolutionary plan :
When we read in Genesis the story of creation, we risk imagining God as a magician, with a magic wand capable of doing everything. But this is not the case ... He created beings and allowed them to develop according to the internal laws he gave to each, so that they could develop and achieve their fullness of being. He gave autonomy to the beings of the universe at the same time as he assured them of his continuous presence, giving being to every reality. This is how creation went on for centuries and millennia and millennia until it became what we know today precisely because God is not a demiurge or a magician, but the creator who gives being to all things. [emphasis added]
Here, Pope Francis laid the foundation for something that was previously unthinkable to see happen in the theology of the Catholic Church. The extraterrestrials may have acted as an intermediary in the evolution of humanity and thus in the establishment of Christianity and other religious traditions.
This meant that ancient astronauts claimed that extraterrestrial visitors had bioengineered and / or helped human civilizations to evolve since ancient times, were views that are now perfectly compatible with the theology of the Catholic Church according to the statement of Pope Francis on evolution.
Therefore, it is very possible that the Vatican is secretly working behind the scenes with one or more extraterrestrial races to lay the groundwork for future revelations that will facilitate the establishment of a world religion. This will introduce a cosmic perspective based on new information provided by extraterrestrials to human appearance.
The declaration of friendship and unity could therefore be a very tangible prelude to a new global faith emerging in the near future. The almost simultaneous publication of the so-called Majestic-12 document, on June 14, is very important in the light of the manifest support it gives to extraterrestrials to human appearance as friends and diplomatic partners.

Should we congratulate ourselves or oppose it? Do extraterrestrials work behind the scenes with trustworthy religious leaders or not? Is this effort to establish a new world religion part of an effort officially sanctioned by the US military intelligence community to disclose some, but not all, information about extraterrestrial life and secret space programs? All of these issues deserve serious consideration.
