Governmental project
In January 1972, the Department of Interplanetary Affairs was created with the objective of research and scientific investigation of UFOs and to try to contact UFO occupants if possible. Important records of reports of UFO landings, observations and contacts in Hawaii were immediately accumulated. We found that many ufologist researchers wanted our reports and started to exchange information. We were astonished when former secret government officials and military intelligence agencies came to our office offering to share what they SAW about what we knew.
The information was often classified TOP SECRET and beyond. They admitted the governmental and military secrecy concerning UFOs; a lot of information then alarmed us! Whether they come from NASA, whether they are civilian scientists commissioned by the government, military pilots, secret service agents, or the UN, THEY HAVE ALL TOLD THE SAME DETAILS.
There was no contradiction in these reports about alien bases on Earth, other planets, flying saucers crashed and recovered with bodies and secret government-alien contacts. Moreover, most of these informants, who wanted to remain anonymous because of threats of murder, fines, lawsuits, or mysterious disappearances, warned us that we could get in big trouble if we publicly revealed what they told us. !

This search was so alarming that Smith might have been murdered if he published it, so it was not available until his death. The "PROJECT MAGNET" was able to work with Canadian scientists who had continued to work on the inventions of Nikola Tesla, one of the most eminent scientists in history. Tesla, who invented AC / DC power, which helped the invention of radar and many military technologies, was the author of hundreds of patented successful inventions.
