This narration reminded me of ancient hieroglyphic writings in the Temple of the Sun, Tiahuanaco in the Andes, describing how a golden vessel from Venus had landed there in ancient times. The ancient writings say how a beautiful Venusian woman, Oréjona, came out of the ship and taught the ancients the basics of agriculture as well as the know-how to start a civilization. Venusians came to Earth in ancient times to teach agriculture, textiles, mining, architecture and other skills, according to written histories left by the Babylonians, Sumerians, Egyptians, Phoenicians the Chaldeans, the Mayans, the Aztecs, the Arians, the Assyrians, as well as the inhabitants of ancient India and Tibet. Why do not we believe these ancient writings as these people certainly did!

The Department of Interplanetary Affairs was one of the 14 departments of the Xien Planetary Conference and our mission was to inform if it was possible to contact higher civilizations of other planets. Civilizations that would have solved on their own planets all the problems that we know on Earth and that could offer us advices, technologies as well as ideas of how to evolve as a race. In the 1970s, at least a dozen members of this department reported that they had physical contact with extraterrestrial beings and received counseling. Until then I had not been contacted, although I was the director.
I was used to foreign people who approached me, questioned me about Xians, UFOs and the Department of Interplanetary Affairs. He asked me to describe what the Xians are. I told him that we were planetary citizens of the planet Earth who gave us a life of world peace and brotherhood as planetary citizens. I added that I was interested in finding new Xians and asked him if he was interested in becoming a Xien?

I introduced him to others in our department who all became convinced that he was a Venusian. He was taken to a crowded UFO meeting in Lahaina. During the meeting several UFOs were seen above and several people claimed that they were spaceships. These UFOs flew over Lahaina after the meeting where many people reported to the newspapers and to our agents that they had seen "ships" and UFOs. My father was one of those witnesses who was convinced that he saw one after he met this person.
United Nations General Assembly diplomat Adam Malik, who was studying UFOs for the UN president, arrived in Maui and wanted to meet this Venusian. I personally arranged the private meeting in a private house in Napili where Maureen Maharry was living (Maureen was murdered in Kauai by a CIA agent, she was formerly my secretary for Interplanetary Affairs who then published a lot of information). The people present at this meeting observed through the window a brilliant UFO twirling.
