Are advanced human civilizations scattered throughout the galaxy?

A group of researchers working on the Human Genome Project says they have made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe that the so-called 97% of non-coding sequences of human DNA is nothing less than a genetic code of forms of extraterrestrial life ...
Non-coding sequences are common to all organic matter on earth, from mussels to humans. In human DNA, they make up the largest part of the entire genome, says Professor Sam Chang, director of the group.
The non-coding sequences, originally known as "junk DNA", were discovered years ago and their function remains a mystery.
The overwhelming majority of human DNA is "out of this world" because of its origin. The apparent "extraterrestrial garbage genes" "simply take advantage of the journey" with the functional active genes passed down from generation to generation.
After a thorough analysis with the help of other scientists, computer scientists, mathematicians and other scientists, Professor Chang wondered if the apparently "human junk DNA" had been created by some kind of "extraterrestrial programmers ".
The foreign pieces in human DNA, Professor Chang observes, "have their own veins, arteries and their own immune system that vigorously resist all our anticancer drugs. "
Professor Chang further states that "our hypothesis is that a superior extraterrestrial life form has undertaken to create a new life and to implant it on various planets.
The earth is just one of them.
Perhaps, after programming, our creators cultivate us in the same way that we grow bacteria in petri dishes. We can not know their motives - whether it was a scientific experiment or a way of preparing new planets for colonization or whether it has long been a matter of sowing life in the universe. "
Professor Chang further states that "if we think of this in human terms, the apparent" extraterrestrial programmers "were most likely working on a" big code "consisting of several projects and the projects should have produced various life forms for different planets.
They also tried various solutions. They wrote "the big code", executed it, did not like certain functions, modified them or added new ones, performed it again, made more improvements and did multiple tests . "
Professor Chang's research team further concludes that the apparent "extraterrestrial programmers" may have been ordered to cut off all their idealistic plans for the future when they focused on the "earth project" to hold their time limit.
Most likely in an apparent rush, the "alien programmers" may have drastically reduced the big code and provided the basic program planned for the earth. "
Professor Chang is just one of many scientists and researchers who have discovered the extraterrestrial origins of humanity.
Professor Chang and his research colleagues prove that shortcomings of the apparent extraterrestrial programming in DNA sequencing precipitated by a hypothetical haste to create human life on Earth have given humanity an illogical growth of cell masses that we know as cancer. "
Professor Chang further states that "what we see in our DNA is a program consisting of two versions, a large code and a basic code".
Mr. Chang then asserts that "the first fact is that the entire program has certainly not been written on earth; it is now a verified fact.
The second fact is that these genes by themselves are not enough to explain evolution; there must be something more at stake. "
"Sooner or later," says Professor Chang, "we will have to face the incredible notion that every life on earth carries the genetic code of its extraterrestrial cousin and that evolution is not what we think. "
