Document on an authentic extraterrestrial contact.
December 27, 2018.
A new investigation shows that a MJ-12 document exposing an extraterrestrial contact is authentic.
Written by Dr. Michael Salla
In the new December issue of the MUFON Journal, the first detailed analysis of a leaked Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) 47-page document is published, offering the surprising conclusion that it is authentic.
The DIA document gives a broad overview of the official history of extraterrestrial contacts with the Earth and attributes the beginning of the modern UFO era to Nikola Tesla's radio transmissions in Colorado Springs, which led the extraterrestrials to send gear interstellar to investigate.
This culminated with flying saucer accidents such as Roswell (1947) and Aztec (1948), and the establishment of official diplomatic relations with a group of human-like aliens under the Eisenhower administration.
The author of the MUFON Journal article, Dr. Robert Wood, is the most important authenticator in the world for controversial Majestic documents.
These are leaked documents concerning the activities of Operation Majestic 12, which was formally established in September 1947 to manage the UFO / extraterrestrial issue.
A former aerospace engineer with McDonnell Douglas, whose career spanned 43 years, Mr. Wood began his investigation and authentication of Majestic documents in 1995 with his son, Ryan.
In his article "Forty-seven pages of the IAD: Dr. Wood gives a brief overview of the 47 pages of the leaked IAD document:
Basically, there are five parts of the intellectual content: (1) purpose, history and organization of MJ-12; (2) details of the recovery of the Roswell crash in 1947; (3) details of the recovery of the 1948 Aztec crash; (4) condensed conversations with Aztec EBE; and (5) the question of national security or the risk of cultural upheaval, with diplomatic and cultural exchanges during the 1970s and 1980s, visiting certain EBE universes.
For a more detailed breakdown of the contents of the document, see my previous articles (here and here).
In the leaked 1989 DIA document, Dr. Wood finds a number of reasons that demonstrate its authenticity and why it is a mistake to simply dismiss it as many researchers have done. UFOs so far. His detailed analysis of typing, spelling errors, signatures, referenced patents, persons mentioned, etc. in the document led him to conclude that it was a briefing dictated by a member of Majestic group 12 with two typists.
They typed the 47 pages, a copy of which was kept on microfilm by the IAD, as Dr. Wood explained:
If we consider why so many mistakes were made in a document officially recorded on microfilm, and that we pronounce the word or the expression on the left and that we look at the right word or expression on the right , the sound is usually essentially the same.
This would be consistent with the fact that the document was created as a result of the dictation and that two different typists put the words on paper ...
This would be consistent with the fact that MJ-12 (in this case, it is an individual MJ-1) dictated a single entry-level summary for the new person, since such a summary was not available. apparently not available in the prior written records at the time of the alleged statement.
The cover page of the DIA document refers to itself as a "preliminary briefing" created by the Defense Intelligence Agency Counterintelligence Office on January 8, 1989.
The full title of the information package is "Situational Assessment / Position Statement on Unidentified Flying Objects" and is addressed to the Office of the President.
The natural assumption is that the briefing was for President-elect George Bush, then Vice President and winner of the 1988 presidential election.
However, analyzing the only signature on the IAD document, Dr. Wood concludes that the briefing was actually for a distinguished MIT astrophysicist, Dr. Philip Morrison :
This is the only signature on the document, and the first question could be whether it was the entry-level person receiving the information or the shorter person.
It seems much more reasonable that it is the person who was briefed
Mr. Morrison began his career as a nuclear physicist and worked on the Manhattan Project before turning to astrophysics to express his disapproval of the nuclear arms race. He became famous for his popular books and documentaries on astrophysics and continued to teach at MIT. In 1987, Dr. Morrison hosted a six-part mini-series for PBS entitled "The Ring of Truth" which examined a number of topics in astrophysics.
There is substantial circumstantial evidence that the DIA document was an information session dictated by the Majestic-12 leader to Dr. Morrison.
In his article on MUFON, Dr. Wood mentions that Dr. Morrison was on good terms with Carl Sagan, who, according to some, has replaced Dr. Robert Menzel as a member of the Majestic-12 Committee at the time of his retirement or death. December 1976:
Philip Morrison was a very distinguished professor, who was an Oppenheimer protégé and was most likely "aware" of security issues, although I have no proof.
There is evidence, however, that he has been very collegial with Carl Sagan over the course of his career, helping to organize a symposium [UFO] at the end of the Boston Colorado study.
Menzel had been named MJ-10 in the Eisenhower briefing paper.
In his book, Top Secret / MAJIC, Stanton Friedman, UFO research veteran, provided detailed evidence that Dr. Menzel was indeed a member of the Majestic 12 Committee, even though he wrote several books debunking the UFO phenomenon.
He is best known for his popular astronomy books such as Field Guide to the Stars and Planets (1964).
Before or shortly after Menzel's death, the Majestic 12 Committee was looking for an astronomer or a gastrophysicist who could replace him.
The replacement should have strong scientific knowledge in astronomy / astrophysics, extensive public awareness and have received Menzel's recommendation prior to his death.
Mr. Sagan honored his scientific pedigree while a fellow at UC Berkeley when his work on NASA's missions to Venus and Mars received wide scientific recognition.
More importantly, his scientific work was brought to the attention of Mr. Menzel, who ensured that Sagan had an assistant professor position at Harvard University (1963-1968).
Sagan moved to Cornell University, after being denied tenure at Harvard, ironically because of the growing popularity of his generalist approach to science.
Nevertheless, Menzel remained a staunch supporter of Sagan.
Sagan achieved celebrity status through his popular books and documentaries, including his award-winning Cosmos, which aired on PBS in 1980 and was seen by 500 million people in 60 countries.
If a position was reserved within the Majestic Committee 12 to a leading astronomer and astrophysicist who was addressing a worldwide audience through popular books and television documentaries, and with the approval of the incumbent , so Sagan was Menzel's natural replacement.
Similarly, in January 1989, when Groupe Majestic 12 was looking for a replacement or substitute for Dr. Sagan, because of his impending retirement (he had probably been in that position since at least 1976) or for some other reason (Sagan is died December 20, 1996), Dr. Morrison was a solid choice given his scientific background, extensive public relations, and previous friendly relationship with Sagan.
This is important circumstantial evidence to support the authenticity of the DIA information document.
Moreover, the fact that the 1989 document was just an information session dictated by the leader of the Majestic 12 group for a new member taking Mr. Sagan's place, meant that few resources would have been devoted to preparation of the document.
The ad hoc nature in which the document was assembled helps to explain noticeable inconsistencies in security marking, spelling mistakes, copying and pasting of different documents together, and so on. as many critics have pointed out.
In his MUFON article, Dr. Wood concludes in favor of the authenticity of the leaked 1989 IAD document, with a number of compelling reasons despite its multiple mistakes.
In appointing Dr. Morrison as the recipient of the briefing, rather than Vice President (President-Elect) Bush, Dr. Wood provided the means to corroborate the authenticity of the document.
Was Mr. Morrison informed that Mr. Sagan was Mr. Sagan's replacement on the MJ-12 Committee due to the retirement of Mr. Sagan after reaching a certain term limit because of his 13 years of service or more like MJ-10?
As I mentioned in previous articles supporting the authenticity of the DIA document, its content contains a wealth of information on topics such as the 1944 Aztec UFO crash, diplomatic relations between the administration Eisenhower and extraterrestrial life, the role of Nikola Tesla in the early modern era of UFOs and the fact that alien-looking humans are friends and have lived in secret with humanity for decades.
Mr. Wood made a very valuable public service by authenticating the 1989 IAD document, paving the way for further study of its rich content and its important exopolitical implications.
