We decided to dedicate a complete article on the history of Michael Relfe who is in chronological order the first discloser of SSP or PSS, secret human space programs. He was assigned from 1976 in The Mars Defense Force, the Martian Defense Force.
In chronological order, the appearance of the testimony of the PSS (of course nowadays, there are others who are credible like Tony Rodrigues):
- Michael Relfe, who unveiled himself in a book published in 2000, The Mars Records ("Les rapports de Mars").

- Corey Goode, who testified shortly after, in September 2014 on Bill Ryan's Project Avalon forum. Michael Salla cites it abundantly in his book.

Their stories are very similar. All three say they were selected from their childhood by ultra-secret military agencies that sent them for twenty years on the planet Mars: Michael Relfe, from 1976 to 1996; Randy Cramer, as well as Corey Goode, from 1987 to 2007. Then they were brought back twenty years back to their point of departure!
How was this prodigious feat accomplished? The mystery rises a little on page 310 of Michaël Salla's big book (410 pages in the French edition). Michael Relfe recalls: "At the end of his years of service, in 1996, he used age and time travel regression technology to send him back when he was recruited in 1976 to complete his six years service in the navy, which was part of his "normal earth" life!
Relfe specifies that this regression of age was "of a mortal trouble". He was kept for weeks in a semi-conscious, dreamlike state, which was very monotonous ... Corey Goode points to similar procedures regarding his regression in age and returns to the past after his actual service.

It is clear from Michael Relfe's two books on his 20 years at the US secret base on Mars that the time travel was primarily used to hide the presence of US secret military installations on Mars from the public, so that The facilities remained accessible only to scientists from the United States Department of Defense.

Interview with Michael and Stephanie Relfe of "The Mars Records"

The Mars Records, written by Stephanie Relfe, is a more than 300-page document summarizing her husband Michael's biofeedback sessions, who discovered he had been involved in a secret Black Navy project.
Michael was surprised to find that he was living a double life as a secret agent for The Mars Defense Force.
Some of his missions included covert operations, flying spaceships, remote viewing, psychic defense and even psychic assassinations.
Michael's recruitment, training and services for the Mars Defense Force were conducted using sophisticated alien and military mind control technology.
This included implants, hypno-programming, the dissociation of specifically trained personalities, advanced psi training, rapid learning, psi-improving drugs, and time travel. The case of Michael is unique and very important because he is part of a very small number of people who have been able to erase, recall and deprogram the sophisticated programs of extraterrestrial and military spirit. His success in memory recovery and deprogramming is due to the deliverance prayer and excellent therapeutic skills of his wife, Stephanie Relfe. She uses a combination of biofeedback compensation sessions and kinesiology.
Michael is still abducted by a foreign military and human element working together.
But because of his level of therapeutic success in delivery, compensation and kinesiology, Michael has a greater sense of personal control, awareness and is not as sensitive to mental control as the kidnappers continue to try. to use on him.
Many researchers in the fields of Ufology, Paranormal and Mind Control tend to see things as a black and white image. Either all kidnappings are black military projects using aliens as cover, or all aliens, because we do not have such a high level of technology. This is not the case in Michael's experience, nor in many other people removed from MILAB that I interviewed.

EL: Michael, as a child, did you have UFO sightings or signs of extraterrestrial abduction?
MR: With the exception of the incident described in The Mars Records, I have no recollection of UFO sightings, extraterrestrial abductions or missing time. This one incident (UFO dream in my childhood) always marked me because it was so real. Growing up, I asked my parents several times and they just told me I had to dream.
EL: Do you think that the surface of your defense operations on Mars is somehow related to this previous UFO "dream"?
MR: Yes, I feel that the emotional "load" or energy associated with this incident eventually led me to accept a compensation session offered by Stephanie to see if anything could be discovered. We did not know what we were going to find.
EL: Stephanie, can you tell us briefly how the compensation sessions work?
SR: Clearing uses (1) a biofeedback player that measures a level below the consciousness and (2) specific rules and communication techniques that allow the mind to discover the TRUTH of the cause of its evils and its problems.
The meter puts a small, harmless electrical current in the person's body. The mind and the body interact. By measuring changes in the body's resistance, the reader measures changes in the person's mind.
The emotional upheavals come from things that happened to us in the past. The upheaval is stored as energy, "charge," in the mind. It is stored in a mind called "unconscious," which is why we can not access these memories normally. With the help of the cleaning practitioner and the reader, a person can consciously discover what is in his unconscious mind.
We get rid of this charge of compensation by creating a PERFECT COPY of it. Two things can not exist in the same place at the same time. With the help of the bio-meter and the compensation practitioner, the hidden memories become visible. Once the person creates a perfect copy, the original charge disappears. This brings their minds to be "lighter". This is read on the counter as an instant change of their body. And the person finally realizes what happened.
Mars Records is very different from any other previously published book in that it includes all sensor readings as well as an explanation of their meaning. The readings confirm the truth of this incredible story.
In addition, the application of muscle tests in kinesiology. Kinesiology is based on the fact that the body is an electrical instrument and that the brain is a very powerful computer. The computer sends signals to all the muscles and vice versa. The muscle test isolates a particular muscle by putting an arm in a particular position. The kinesiologist can then "talk" directly to the brain and ask him different questions. Depending on the answer, the person tested may or may not be able to raise their arm, which is the communication of the brain with us.
EL: Stephanie, why do you think this particular combination is better than hypnosis for recovering repressed memories?
SR: The problem with hypnosis is that it works by closing the conscious mind. It does not help the person to develop his spiritual strength and understanding. Rather the opposite. Once the person is hypnotized, more "things" are put into the unconscious mind.
We want ALL memories to become conscious and to erase their burden. This causes an increase in the spiritual strength of the person.
EL: Have you ever worked with other abductees or victims of mind control with repressed memories?
SR: Not with cleaning. With kinesiology, I had about 10 people out of several hundred who had experiences. Some of these people knew about it, others did not. Some could handle what I told them, others could not. It's amazing what you discover in a person kinesiologically. For example, I was working on a woman who had incredible sleep problems. It was very "locked" and almost impossible to test, which is very unusual. I started to suspect a kidnapping. It turned out that her problems started the day she woke up at 2 am and found her granddaughter outside on the doorstep (a freezing cold), which was "impossible Because the little girl was too small to reach the doorknob.
Another woman I worked on had no problem accepting her abduction. She was pretty psychic. While working on a problem related to leg pain, an incident appeared. She told me that she was running out of time for 24 hours when she and her boyfriend cycled north for 480 km of deserted road in Queensland, Australia. They wanted to lie on the side of the road. When they went to the New Year's party, everything was over. They were a day later! Her boyfriend was furious and left her from time to time. Using the communication techniques of the clearing (but without the meter), she relived an incident in which men dressed in black came to pick them up and took them on a spaceship. Insectoids resembling human-sized mantis have worked on them before bringing them back to their point of origin.
EL: Michael, you mentioned in Mars Records that you used rescue prayer sessions before you even met Stephanie. What made you decide to try this method?
MR: Deliverance is the "rejection" or removal of evil spirits from a person who does NOT want them there. Sorcerers and magicians WANT to have evil spirits in them, which allows them to obtain their "power". Christians do not want evil spirits because they hinder and stop spiritual growth and progress.
Deliverance is a gift from the Lord Jesus Christ for HIS people. This is not for the unbelieving public in general. The Bible refers to deliverance as "children's bread". In 1983, while living in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I believed in God, but I did not lead a Christian life and was not close to the Lord Jesus Christ. In one of my newsletters that featured the Illuminati, the author had some cassettes offered by a preacher named Win Worley. One was called "Rescue of mass". This tape was a recording of a group rescue service in a small Baptist church near Chicago. Listening to this tape, I was not prepared for what happened. I listened to the sermon and the explanation of the terms. I participated in prayers that the preacher conducted through the group. I felt that "something" had happened but I did not know what. Then the preacher started calling a list of names of demons (greed, jealousy, hate, etc., they were many) and ordered them to leave the people. Immediately, I felt VERY strange and "things" started to leave me. Rots, belching, tears, coughing, heaving, etc. I kept participating and praying in my head for something "bad" to leave me. It lasted about an hour. At the end of the recording, I felt VERY different. The initial session (and many more after) allowed me to free myself enough from the holds of the enemy to start living a Christian life.
EL: Do you think your mind control memories and kidnappings on Mars would have surfaced during the clarification sessions if you did NOT do the rescue first?
MR: No. By the time I started issuing in 1983, I was too attached to and slave to the programming I received in the navy to realize that I really needed help. It took 13 years of God's work for me to be ready for cleansing. You must remember that not everyone involved in Tactical Remote Visualization (TRV) is chosen for target termination. It takes a certain personality to be effective as an assassin. I was cold, hard and arrogant.
EL: Why do you think you were recruited for the March Defense Force while you were in the Navy in 1976?
MR: It seems like I've been a "lab rat" all my life. Changes were made to my father, which resulted in me. Changes (genetic) were made at a young age and growing up. Somewhere on the way, I was encouraged (scheduled) to join the Navy. The government knew my psychological profile. My father was physically abusive and was an alcoholic (probably because of what they had done to him). When I entered the Navy, I was very dedicated and "gung-ho". I substituted government, discipline and order for the lack of paternal figure in my life.
I was selected for the nuclear program after having forgotten a question in the entrance test. I attended the Basic Electronics School in Great Lakes, IL. During the waiting time for the nuclear school, I was assigned as an "assistant instructor". That's when I was woken up one night, driven to another room and asked if I wanted to volunteer for a top secret project. I accepted (they knew I would do it because of my "special patriotism"). The Mars Records details what happened next.
To answer your question, I was recruited because I had a genetic talent for remote viewing that the government wanted to exploit for its own purposes.
EL: Michael, can you describe some of the training that you followed to improve your psychic abilities? In Mars Records, you also describe a type of fast learning used by other Mars Base recruits. How was it?
MR: From what I could recall, it was a structured program divided into different phases. Even after being transferred to active duty, training was always a constant requirement. It started very slowly and easily at first. There were a lot of different medical tests and data collection to get an idea of my health, my strength, and so on. The preliminary tests were done and I was subjected to certain drugs to improve my talent. These drugs can kill and cause permanent damage, so they must be taken slowly over a period of several weeks. I believe these medications have caused permanent changes in the brain and "opened up" certain energy channels, circuits, and so on. After surviving the drugs, several tests are done to see the results of the drugs. Then, different quick learning techniques are used to program a lot of information over a short period of time. Then the training goes to "machines". These machines are Psionic Amplifiers. There was a surgically inserted interface device implanted in the "third eye" area to allow connection to these machines. There is constant training with the machines as well as calibrations, exercises and tests.
EL: Are you aware of different personalities?
MR: The cleansing and kinesiology procedures revealed four "compartments", each isolated from others with different training and tasks. We refer to the "real" me as Michael # 1. The others are Michael # 2, Michael # 3 and Michael # 4. These compartments are sealed with various codes and passwords that we do not have.
EL: Do you think these different personalities were created by trauma, as described by other MC victims, such as Andy Pero (from the Superman-Montauk Project Boy) and Bryce Taylor (Thanks for the Memories-Monarch program )?
MR: No. I believe that the psi capabilities of these programs are rare and that any trauma could damage them. The trauma is an old technology. The machines and techniques these people have are hundreds of years older. Remember that I volunteered for this program. I was a volunteer candidate, serving my country as best I could.
EL: Michael, your case is interesting in that it has features of both extraterrestrial abduction symptomology and ultra-mental MK control signs. I think it is important for others to know that these "experiences" are not one situation or another, but rather a combination of extraterrestrial, military and human involvement. Can you describe some of the "pitfalls" you encountered before recovering memories? And above all, who installed these traps?
MR: The outer layers of "traps" were commands to forget, not memorize, and so on. Then there were commands that were distractions that were trying to drag us on a tangent. The next layers were the traps that would hurt me, that is, heart attack, stroke, organ failure, and so on.
EL: Stephanie, how did you help Michael get through these "traps"?
SR: We first found them knowing that they would be there. (That makes sense) I then tested my muscles to see if there were "traps". The body told me that there were at least ten. We then used the "Wernicke correction" to delete them. It is generally acknowledged that research has shown that words are stored in a specific area of the brain. What is less well known is that there is an equivalent zone in the right half of the brain, which is also involved in language. These two areas are called the Wernicke area.
Experiments have shown that, if the Wernicke region in the left half of the brain is electrically stimulated during speech, it will hinder the ability to speak properly, almost interrupting speech. The same kind of stimulation of the Wernicke region in the right brain, however, brings a person to hear "voices" or "commands". These are usually authoritarian or dictatorial in nature and can be identified as the voice of someone who was feared, admired or watched by the person being stimulated. The "authorities" who could have placed orders in this spirit are people we might have admired sometimes. These can include parents, teachers, peers, politicians, doctors and aliens. Have you ever been told to "grow up", "shut up", "forget about it" or "give up"? Have you ever heard "you're crazy", "you're mean", "you're stupid", "you'll never do".
If someone you thought might be important or important, say "you're too fat", "you'll never change", "you'll forget", "do not trust anyone", "you're not good enough", " you will go to hell "etc., so they may have created an" entry "in the right-hand area of Wernickes, an implanted command that still influences you so far!
In the case of people who have had an abduction experience, orders have often been implanted INTENTIONALLY with force or drugs to lock them up more securely. In 1996, Australian kinesiologist David Bridgeman made an astonishing discovery. He understood how to eliminate negative beliefs and commands from the brain! To eliminate these beliefs, it is essential that they be stored in the brain, as another person says, for example "You will not remember". The brain then tries to make sense of a command and translates it, for example, into "I will not remember". This command then interferes with the person. To get rid of the order, you must find the word EXACT of the order, which is in this case, "YOU will not remember". The specific procedure developed by David Bridgeman allows a person to DELETE brain sabotage commands. An instant improvement is usually seen in the person who did it.

EL: I know from my experience working with abductees that many distractions and even retaliation occur when they try to access their "programs" and their memories of extraterrestrial abductions. How did you manage to get around these obstacles and did you suffer major retaliation?
MR: We have received psychic attacks quite often since the publication of Mars Records. These attacks take the form of surveillance, monitoring and blocking of the release sessions, the assault of energy in each of us, offensive attacks supposed to hurt us by using radionics, psychotronic and various devices of "signal of "death," as well as RV (ND = remote viewing, remote viewing) and psychic attacks during sleep.
In addition, during the monthly "medical check-up" of the abductions, various techniques were tried to discourage us. Such as several layers of mind control orders, multiple layers of drugs as well as a new thing, putting the equivalent drug directly into the "etheric" body. This is particularly serious because most people do not even know they have an energetic body!
EL: One of the most incredible aspects of your story is the age regression and the time travel you have gone through. How was it?
MR: The regression of age was boredom in its pure state. Staying in a dreamlike and semi-conscious state for weeks was very boring. This is the only memory I could remember. The 20-year-old jump in 1976 was completed before it started. Walking in the tunnel went off without incident.
EL: Tell me about travel portals in time.
MR: I was not a portal technician, so I only remember things from a layman's point of view. This technology is the result of the Philadelphia Experiment projects described by Dr. Al Bielek. It's one of those things that's "Oh, Wow, Fantastic" the first time you see them, and then they're taken for granted. I also remember that they were REALLY kept and that every moment of use was recorded and recorded.
I remember there were several "Jumpgate" stations on the base of Mars. These stations were "hooked" to other places and were defended against someone or something. I remember that RV technicians attached to the machines participated in this defense. Remember that Tactical Remote Viewing is not just used to complete targets. Currently, most RV activities are done during the first three to four days of training at Base Mars. And unfortunately, most people involved in these kinds of things would never survive the training, the drugs would kill them quickly.
EL: Then you have to wonder what could have happened if your future Michael, who was working on Mars, got in touch with the current Michael (on the ground) before 1996?
MR: That would never be allowed to happen. The program works as it does because no one on duty (who will eventually return to their origin) is allowed to interact with a terrestrial event (or person) from the Earth while they are stationed at the base Of March. This means that visitors and VIPs are out of bounds. Anyone who visits for a short period of time spends time on Mars and will NOT be sent back to their origin. They will simply be moved by jumpgate to and from Mars.
To clarify: remember that there are 2 types of people I remember.
1. People temporarily visiting Mars (politicians, etc.). They travel from Mars using a bridge. They visit for a few weeks and come back. They have not gone back in time. They are VIPs. They are OUT OF LIMITS !!
2. Permanent staff, they spend 20 years in service. At the end of their work cycle, their age is reversed and the time returned to their space-time point of origin. They are sent back with blocked memories. They are sent back to complete their destiny on earth.
EL: Did you remember any "future memories" or strange dreams (before your clarification sessions) of your March defense deployment? (In other words, any sign that you are an operator via dreams, intuitions, already seen, etc.
MR: Only one. Before I met Stephanie, I had a permanent "joke" that when someone told me about my military experience, I said "... and I deny having worked for the colony of Mars." It was always laughing. I think it was one of the first and strongest controls to control the filtering mind.
EL: What could one look for if they suspect that they are in such a situation? I mean there must be other people involved who have had similar experiences?
MR:
1. Memories that do not seem quite "correct". Memories that have a 2-dimensional "cartoon" look like this.
2. Interest or understanding of technical things that you do not remember having learned at school.
3. Military records showing service in places you can not remember.
4. Unusual rage as a result of abductions.
5. Removal or missing time. Wake up extremely tired with marks or bruises on any part of your body.
6. Muscle tests showing that the body has been "taken".
7. Muscular tests showing emotions of "no choice".
EL: Do you think the Grays are working together with our own human army in the abduction scenario?
MR: yes
EL: What about Reptilians?
MR: Yes. They are racially linked (draconian, reptilian, gray,)
EL: Do Grays and Reptilians live on the base of Mars?
MR: Yes, some are stationed there. I remember Gray as a doctor or technician. I believe that the Reptilians remain camouflaged (masked) most of the time. They prefer to look human because they are naturally ferocious.
EL: One of the most fascinating and disturbing aspects of your experience is the mention of aliens or "controllers of the spirit of the wicked" who fragment the soul and personality of the abductee. How do you think this is done and what objective do you think the aliens have for us?
MR: The fragmentation of the soul is mentioned in the Bible. Many times people pray and thank God for restoring their souls. I know that shock and trauma can lead to fragmentation of the soul. The people involved in occultism have their own souls fragmented by their rituals and other implications. Any serious act of sin (witchcraft, worship of Satan, Masonic ritual, homosexuality, violence against other people, etc.) can fragment the soul of the sinner as well as the victim. I do not know the mechanisms to accomplish that. The reason for their programs is clearly explained in the Bible. The ultimate goal of all programs of mind control and enslavement is worship. Lucifer wants to be God and will do everything in his power to convince or control others to worship Him. Everything else is detail.
EL: Do they have a method to drain our energy?
MR: Yes. They place a psychic "hook" in the person and drain their energy. They do it slowly so as not to arouse suspicion.
(EL-Maybe that's one of the reasons for the chronic fatigue of so many abductees!)
EL: More importantly, how can other abductees and victims of mind control protect themselves from this kind of thing?
MR:
1. The first step is to establish a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Without his help, there will be no lasting freedom from the demonic armies of the enemy.
2. Repair your body for the damage that has been done to it. Drink only pure water. No fluoride toothpaste. No MSG. Do not eat anything containing aspartame. No sweets, no liquid sweets (soft drinks). No alcohol. Consume only good fats and oils (olive oil and butter). No food in the microwave. Remove mercury fillings from your teeth.
3. Use kinesiology to balance your body.
4. Use a colon cleanser to clean the waste accumulated in your system.
5. Do a parasite clean up to kill the parasites in your colon.
6. Use the biofeedback reader to clarify and eliminate the results of any removal or involvement in mental control programs.
EL: Michael, in retrospect, do you think you would have remembered your memories if you had not done the rescue and compensation sessions?
MR: No. Without the power of the Lord Jesus Christ, there is no deliverance. These people have technology with thousands of years ahead of anything you can imagine in your craziest nightmare. They think they are invincible and in total control. You will not fight these people with technology or your own "psychic" abilities.
I am here, an ex-operator for these people, with field combat experience using remote visualization for tactical operations. I have a high psi efficiency, a "raw power" if you like, so much so that my final target end count was 70 endings. Some of them were reptilians. And I survived those operations. When I was operational, I was VERY good at my job. NONE viewer said "big name" would have lasted a microsecond against me. And it's a fact.
And all this "accomplishment" means NOTHING. They control my physical body and "shut up" like an old TV. They are not worried about "powers" and abilities. If they are not worried about me, they probably are not worried about you. It is ONLY the power of God that can free a person from this kind of control. And this deliverance is given within the time set by God as fast as he permits. It is by mistake that I volunteered for this program. In fact, I did not even deserve to go out. It is only through the mercy of Jesus Christ that I have come so far and will continue on this path.
EL: Do you think you're still being kidnapped? How can this happen?
MR: Yes. Monthly "medical check-ups" continue. We will be sleeping when a portal (gategate) opens in our room. They wake me up and trigger my programming. They say, "Come on Mr. Relfe," or something similar, and I follow them through the gate. Most of the time, this is a woman with short black hair (like a "pageboy" cut). This was once a soldier in the Black Combat Service. During the clearance session, I remember asking them questions and kicking them at the soldier. I missed him and hit the metal table and woke up the next morning with a big piece out of my nail.
It opens on a type of hospital, such as a waiting room, where a nurse greets me, discusses and does a preliminary examination (blood pressure, etc.). I am then given a medicine and driven to a table on wheels. They take me to the operating room where they give me more drugs and 1) take samples of testicles, 2) cut me between the eyes and extract something from the organ that is there. I am then sent to the recovery zone for a few hours. They then put those glasses or headgear over my eyes to insert the mental control controls. Then they leave me to recover from this procedure. Then they take me back to the gate where I go back to bed and continue sleeping. This last time (16/09/2000) I woke up with a 103 degree fever. I had this for 5 days before I started to feel better. It's been 10 days and I'm still not 100% better. Kinesiology showed that I had been "vaccinated" with something. I think I got a big dose to make sure I was immune to everything that's coming. The effects were very painful.
EL: What do you think the UFO research community and the mental control community should do to help those living MILAB experiences?

The "community" of mind control is filled with "victims" who are so afraid to read something that will "trigger" that they isolate themselves from possible sources of help. They think that by talking to each other, their problems will disappear one way or another. I am here to tell you that it will not happen. These people need deliverance and they need it now.
If you do not fight demons, you do not fight mind control.
And as for the community "UFO RESEARCH", they sell t-shirts and hunt the lights in the sky. UFO research is now a business and it is controlled and compartmentalized by intelligence agencies. (EL- I must rely on this opinion!).
Within the community is a small group of people whom God has raised to help the abductees by giving them a place to turn. The problem is that when you deal with the demonic world and try to do it without Jesus Christ, you are doomed to failure. Even if these people try to help as best they can, remember that hypnosis does not help fight hypnosis. And if you discover memories, the damage caused by the experience is NOT removed. Thus, people are sometimes worse off than before.
EL: What do you think is missing from today's researchers?
MR: I can not judge a particular person because I did not walk in their place. I can only say that the pro-New Age / anti-Christian bias displayed by most UFO researchers is actually their weakness. Until these scholars accept Jesus Christ as their boss and work to accomplish what he wanted them to do, they will continue to wander in the devil's court, never finding answers to their questions.

The Secret Space Program on Mars.

We decided to dedicate a complete article on the history of Michael Relfe who is in chronological order the first discloser of SSP or PSS, secret human space programs. He was assigned from 1976 in The Mars Defense Force, the Martian Defense Force.
In chronological order, the appearance of the testimony of the PSS (of course nowadays, there are others who are credible like Tony Rodrigues):
- Michael Relfe, who unveiled himself in a book published in 2000, The Mars Records ("Les rapports de Mars").
- Randy Cramer, who appeared as of April 2014, in a series of five television interviews, broadcast by EwoNewsTV (Salla p.332).
- Corey Goode, who testified shortly after, in September 2014 on Bill Ryan's Project Avalon forum. Michael Salla cites it abundantly in his book.

Their stories are very similar. All three say they were selected from their childhood by ultra-secret military agencies that sent them for twenty years on the planet Mars: Michael Relfe, from 1976 to 1996; Randy Cramer, as well as Corey Goode, from 1987 to 2007. Then they were brought back twenty years back to their point of departure!
How was this prodigious feat accomplished? The mystery rises a little on page 310 of Michaël Salla's big book (410 pages in the French edition). Michael Relfe recalls: "At the end of his years of service, in 1996, he used age and time travel regression technology to send him back when he was recruited in 1976 to complete his six years service in the navy, which was part of his "normal earth" life!
Relfe specifies that this regression of age was "of a mortal trouble". He was kept for weeks in a semi-conscious, dreamlike state, which was very monotonous ... Corey Goode points to similar procedures regarding his regression in age and returns to the past after his actual service.

It is clear from Michael Relfe's two books on his 20 years at the US secret base on Mars that the time travel was primarily used to hide the presence of US secret military installations on Mars from the public, so that The facilities remained accessible only to scientists from the United States Department of Defense.

Interview with Michael and Stephanie Relfe of "The Mars Records"

The Mars Records, written by Stephanie Relfe, is a more than 300-page document summarizing her husband Michael's biofeedback sessions, who discovered he had been involved in a secret Black Navy project.
Michael was surprised to find that he was living a double life as a secret agent for The Mars Defense Force.
Some of his missions included covert operations, flying spaceships, remote viewing, psychic defense and even psychic assassinations.
Michael's recruitment, training and services for the Mars Defense Force were conducted using sophisticated alien and military mind control technology.
This included implants, hypno-programming, the dissociation of specifically trained personalities, advanced psi training, rapid learning, psi-improving drugs, and time travel. The case of Michael is unique and very important because he is part of a very small number of people who have been able to erase, recall and deprogram the sophisticated programs of extraterrestrial and military spirit. His success in memory recovery and deprogramming is due to the deliverance prayer and excellent therapeutic skills of his wife, Stephanie Relfe. She uses a combination of biofeedback compensation sessions and kinesiology.
Michael is still abducted by a foreign military and human element working together.
But because of his level of therapeutic success in delivery, compensation and kinesiology, Michael has a greater sense of personal control, awareness and is not as sensitive to mental control as the kidnappers continue to try. to use on him.
Many researchers in the fields of Ufology, Paranormal and Mind Control tend to see things as a black and white image. Either all kidnappings are black military projects using aliens as cover, or all aliens, because we do not have such a high level of technology. This is not the case in Michael's experience, nor in many other people removed from MILAB that I interviewed.

EL: Michael, as a child, did you have UFO sightings or signs of extraterrestrial abduction?
MR: With the exception of the incident described in The Mars Records, I have no recollection of UFO sightings, extraterrestrial abductions or missing time. This one incident (UFO dream in my childhood) always marked me because it was so real. Growing up, I asked my parents several times and they just told me I had to dream.
EL: Do you think that the surface of your defense operations on Mars is somehow related to this previous UFO "dream"?
MR: Yes, I feel that the emotional "load" or energy associated with this incident eventually led me to accept a compensation session offered by Stephanie to see if anything could be discovered. We did not know what we were going to find.
EL: Stephanie, can you tell us briefly how the compensation sessions work?
SR: Clearing uses (1) a biofeedback player that measures a level below the consciousness and (2) specific rules and communication techniques that allow the mind to discover the TRUTH of the cause of its evils and its problems.
The meter puts a small, harmless electrical current in the person's body. The mind and the body interact. By measuring changes in the body's resistance, the reader measures changes in the person's mind.
The emotional upheavals come from things that happened to us in the past. The upheaval is stored as energy, "charge," in the mind. It is stored in a mind called "unconscious," which is why we can not access these memories normally. With the help of the cleaning practitioner and the reader, a person can consciously discover what is in his unconscious mind.
We get rid of this charge of compensation by creating a PERFECT COPY of it. Two things can not exist in the same place at the same time. With the help of the bio-meter and the compensation practitioner, the hidden memories become visible. Once the person creates a perfect copy, the original charge disappears. This brings their minds to be "lighter". This is read on the counter as an instant change of their body. And the person finally realizes what happened.
Mars Records is very different from any other previously published book in that it includes all sensor readings as well as an explanation of their meaning. The readings confirm the truth of this incredible story.
In addition, the application of muscle tests in kinesiology. Kinesiology is based on the fact that the body is an electrical instrument and that the brain is a very powerful computer. The computer sends signals to all the muscles and vice versa. The muscle test isolates a particular muscle by putting an arm in a particular position. The kinesiologist can then "talk" directly to the brain and ask him different questions. Depending on the answer, the person tested may or may not be able to raise their arm, which is the communication of the brain with us.
EL: Stephanie, why do you think this particular combination is better than hypnosis for recovering repressed memories?
SR: The problem with hypnosis is that it works by closing the conscious mind. It does not help the person to develop his spiritual strength and understanding. Rather the opposite. Once the person is hypnotized, more "things" are put into the unconscious mind.
We want ALL memories to become conscious and to erase their burden. This causes an increase in the spiritual strength of the person.
EL: Have you ever worked with other abductees or victims of mind control with repressed memories?
SR: Not with cleaning. With kinesiology, I had about 10 people out of several hundred who had experiences. Some of these people knew about it, others did not. Some could handle what I told them, others could not. It's amazing what you discover in a person kinesiologically. For example, I was working on a woman who had incredible sleep problems. It was very "locked" and almost impossible to test, which is very unusual. I started to suspect a kidnapping. It turned out that her problems started the day she woke up at 2 am and found her granddaughter outside on the doorstep (a freezing cold), which was "impossible Because the little girl was too small to reach the doorknob.
Another woman I worked on had no problem accepting her abduction. She was pretty psychic. While working on a problem related to leg pain, an incident appeared. She told me that she was running out of time for 24 hours when she and her boyfriend cycled north for 480 km of deserted road in Queensland, Australia. They wanted to lie on the side of the road. When they went to the New Year's party, everything was over. They were a day later! Her boyfriend was furious and left her from time to time. Using the communication techniques of the clearing (but without the meter), she relived an incident in which men dressed in black came to pick them up and took them on a spaceship. Insectoids resembling human-sized mantis have worked on them before bringing them back to their point of origin.
EL: Michael, you mentioned in Mars Records that you used rescue prayer sessions before you even met Stephanie. What made you decide to try this method?
MR: Deliverance is the "rejection" or removal of evil spirits from a person who does NOT want them there. Sorcerers and magicians WANT to have evil spirits in them, which allows them to obtain their "power". Christians do not want evil spirits because they hinder and stop spiritual growth and progress.
Deliverance is a gift from the Lord Jesus Christ for HIS people. This is not for the unbelieving public in general. The Bible refers to deliverance as "children's bread". In 1983, while living in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I believed in God, but I did not lead a Christian life and was not close to the Lord Jesus Christ. In one of my newsletters that featured the Illuminati, the author had some cassettes offered by a preacher named Win Worley. One was called "Rescue of mass". This tape was a recording of a group rescue service in a small Baptist church near Chicago. Listening to this tape, I was not prepared for what happened. I listened to the sermon and the explanation of the terms. I participated in prayers that the preacher conducted through the group. I felt that "something" had happened but I did not know what. Then the preacher started calling a list of names of demons (greed, jealousy, hate, etc., they were many) and ordered them to leave the people. Immediately, I felt VERY strange and "things" started to leave me. Rots, belching, tears, coughing, heaving, etc. I kept participating and praying in my head for something "bad" to leave me. It lasted about an hour. At the end of the recording, I felt VERY different. The initial session (and many more after) allowed me to free myself enough from the holds of the enemy to start living a Christian life.
EL: Do you think your mind control memories and kidnappings on Mars would have surfaced during the clarification sessions if you did NOT do the rescue first?
MR: No. By the time I started issuing in 1983, I was too attached to and slave to the programming I received in the navy to realize that I really needed help. It took 13 years of God's work for me to be ready for cleansing. You must remember that not everyone involved in Tactical Remote Visualization (TRV) is chosen for target termination. It takes a certain personality to be effective as an assassin. I was cold, hard and arrogant.
EL: Why do you think you were recruited for the March Defense Force while you were in the Navy in 1976?
MR: It seems like I've been a "lab rat" all my life. Changes were made to my father, which resulted in me. Changes (genetic) were made at a young age and growing up. Somewhere on the way, I was encouraged (scheduled) to join the Navy. The government knew my psychological profile. My father was physically abusive and was an alcoholic (probably because of what they had done to him). When I entered the Navy, I was very dedicated and "gung-ho". I substituted government, discipline and order for the lack of paternal figure in my life.
I was selected for the nuclear program after having forgotten a question in the entrance test. I attended the Basic Electronics School in Great Lakes, IL. During the waiting time for the nuclear school, I was assigned as an "assistant instructor". That's when I was woken up one night, driven to another room and asked if I wanted to volunteer for a top secret project. I accepted (they knew I would do it because of my "special patriotism"). The Mars Records details what happened next.
To answer your question, I was recruited because I had a genetic talent for remote viewing that the government wanted to exploit for its own purposes.
EL: Michael, can you describe some of the training that you followed to improve your psychic abilities? In Mars Records, you also describe a type of fast learning used by other Mars Base recruits. How was it?
MR: From what I could recall, it was a structured program divided into different phases. Even after being transferred to active duty, training was always a constant requirement. It started very slowly and easily at first. There were a lot of different medical tests and data collection to get an idea of my health, my strength, and so on. The preliminary tests were done and I was subjected to certain drugs to improve my talent. These drugs can kill and cause permanent damage, so they must be taken slowly over a period of several weeks. I believe these medications have caused permanent changes in the brain and "opened up" certain energy channels, circuits, and so on. After surviving the drugs, several tests are done to see the results of the drugs. Then, different quick learning techniques are used to program a lot of information over a short period of time. Then the training goes to "machines". These machines are Psionic Amplifiers. There was a surgically inserted interface device implanted in the "third eye" area to allow connection to these machines. There is constant training with the machines as well as calibrations, exercises and tests.
EL: Are you aware of different personalities?
MR: The cleansing and kinesiology procedures revealed four "compartments", each isolated from others with different training and tasks. We refer to the "real" me as Michael # 1. The others are Michael # 2, Michael # 3 and Michael # 4. These compartments are sealed with various codes and passwords that we do not have.
EL: Do you think these different personalities were created by trauma, as described by other MC victims, such as Andy Pero (from the Superman-Montauk Project Boy) and Bryce Taylor (Thanks for the Memories-Monarch program )?
MR: No. I believe that the psi capabilities of these programs are rare and that any trauma could damage them. The trauma is an old technology. The machines and techniques these people have are hundreds of years older. Remember that I volunteered for this program. I was a volunteer candidate, serving my country as best I could.
EL: Michael, your case is interesting in that it has features of both extraterrestrial abduction symptomology and ultra-mental MK control signs. I think it is important for others to know that these "experiences" are not one situation or another, but rather a combination of extraterrestrial, military and human involvement. Can you describe some of the "pitfalls" you encountered before recovering memories? And above all, who installed these traps?
MR: The outer layers of "traps" were commands to forget, not memorize, and so on. Then there were commands that were distractions that were trying to drag us on a tangent. The next layers were the traps that would hurt me, that is, heart attack, stroke, organ failure, and so on.
EL: Stephanie, how did you help Michael get through these "traps"?
SR: We first found them knowing that they would be there. (That makes sense) I then tested my muscles to see if there were "traps". The body told me that there were at least ten. We then used the "Wernicke correction" to delete them. It is generally acknowledged that research has shown that words are stored in a specific area of the brain. What is less well known is that there is an equivalent zone in the right half of the brain, which is also involved in language. These two areas are called the Wernicke area.
Experiments have shown that, if the Wernicke region in the left half of the brain is electrically stimulated during speech, it will hinder the ability to speak properly, almost interrupting speech. The same kind of stimulation of the Wernicke region in the right brain, however, brings a person to hear "voices" or "commands". These are usually authoritarian or dictatorial in nature and can be identified as the voice of someone who was feared, admired or watched by the person being stimulated. The "authorities" who could have placed orders in this spirit are people we might have admired sometimes. These can include parents, teachers, peers, politicians, doctors and aliens. Have you ever been told to "grow up", "shut up", "forget about it" or "give up"? Have you ever heard "you're crazy", "you're mean", "you're stupid", "you'll never do".
If someone you thought might be important or important, say "you're too fat", "you'll never change", "you'll forget", "do not trust anyone", "you're not good enough", " you will go to hell "etc., so they may have created an" entry "in the right-hand area of Wernickes, an implanted command that still influences you so far!
In the case of people who have had an abduction experience, orders have often been implanted INTENTIONALLY with force or drugs to lock them up more securely. Commands such as "you'll forget" and "this never happened" and "you dreamed about it all" are the reasons why victims have no conscious memory of the event. The traps are commands such as "you're going to have a heart attack if you remember. "
In 1996, Australian kinesiologist David Bridgeman made an astonishing discovery. He understood how to eliminate negative beliefs and commands from the brain! To eliminate these beliefs, it is essential that they be stored in the brain, as another person says, for example "You will not remember". The brain then tries to make sense of a command and translates it, for example, into "I will not remember". This command then interferes with the person. To get rid of the order, you must find the word EXACT of the order, which is in this case, "YOU will not remember". The specific procedure developed by David Bridgeman allows a person to DELETE brain sabotage commands. An instant improvement is usually seen in the person who did it.

EL: I know from my experience working with abductees that many distractions and even retaliation occur when they try to access their "programs" and their memories of extraterrestrial abductions. How did you manage to get around these obstacles and did you suffer major retaliation?
MR: We have received psychic attacks quite often since the publication of Mars Records. These attacks take the form of surveillance, monitoring and blocking of the release sessions, the assault of energy in each of us, offensive attacks supposed to hurt us by using radionics, psychotronic and various devices of "signal of "death," as well as RV (ND = remote viewing, remote viewing) and psychic attacks during sleep.
In addition, during the monthly "medical check-up" of the abductions, various techniques were tried to discourage us. Such as several layers of mind control orders, multiple layers of drugs as well as a new thing, putting the equivalent drug directly into the "etheric" body. This is particularly serious because most people do not even know they have an energetic body!
EL: One of the most incredible aspects of your story is the age regression and the time travel you have gone through. How was it?
MR: The regression of age was boredom in its pure state. Staying in a dreamlike and semi-conscious state for weeks was very boring. This is the only memory I could remember. The 20-year-old jump in 1976 was completed before it started. Walking in the tunnel went off without incident.
EL: Tell me about travel portals in time.
MR: I was not a portal technician, so I only remember things from a layman's point of view. This technology is the result of the Philadelphia Experiment projects described by Dr. Al Bielek. It's one of those things that's "Oh, Wow, Fantastic" the first time you see them, and then they're taken for granted. I also remember that they were REALLY kept and that every moment of use was recorded and recorded.
I remember there were several "Jumpgate" stations on the base of Mars. These stations were "hooked" to other places and were defended against someone or something. I remember that RV technicians attached to the machines participated in this defense. Remember that Tactical Remote Viewing is not just used to complete targets. Currently, most RV activities are done during the first three to four days of training at Base Mars. And unfortunately, most people involved in these kinds of things would never survive the training, the drugs would kill them quickly.
EL: Then you have to wonder what could have happened if your future Michael, who was working on Mars, got in touch with the current Michael (on the ground) before 1996?
MR: That would never be allowed to happen. The program works as it does because no one on duty (who will eventually return to their origin) is allowed to interact with a terrestrial event (or person) from the Earth while they are stationed at the base Of March. This means that visitors and VIPs are out of bounds. Anyone who visits for a short period of time spends time on Mars and will NOT be sent back to their origin. They will simply be moved by jumpgate to and from Mars.
To clarify: remember that there are 2 types of people I remember.
1. People temporarily visiting Mars (politicians, etc.). They travel from Mars using a bridge. They visit for a few weeks and come back. They have not gone back in time. They are VIPs. They are OUT OF LIMITS !!
2. Permanent staff, they spend 20 years in service. At the end of their work cycle, their age is reversed and the time returned to their space-time point of origin. They are sent back with blocked memories. They are sent back to complete their destiny on earth.
EL: Did you remember any "future memories" or strange dreams (before your clarification sessions) of your March defense deployment? (In other words, any sign that you are an operator via dreams, intuitions, already seen, etc.
MR: Only one. Before I met Stephanie, I had a permanent "joke" that when someone told me about my military experience, I said "... and I deny having worked for the colony of Mars." It was always laughing. I think it was one of the first and strongest controls to control the filtering mind.
EL: What could one look for if they suspect that they are in such a situation? I mean there must be other people involved who have had similar experiences?
MR:
1. Memories that do not seem quite "correct". Memories that have a 2-dimensional "cartoon" look like this.
2. Interest or understanding of technical things that you do not remember having learned at school.
3. Military records showing service in places you can not remember.
4. Unusual rage as a result of abductions.
5. Removal or missing time. Wake up extremely tired with marks or bruises on any part of your body.
6. Muscle tests showing that the body has been "taken".
7. Muscular tests showing emotions of "no choice".
EL: Do you think the Grays are working together with our own human army in the abduction scenario?
MR: yes
EL: What about Reptilians?
MR: Yes. They are racially linked (draconian, reptilian, gray,)
EL: Do Grays and Reptilians live on the base of Mars?
MR: Yes, some are stationed there. I remember Gray as a doctor or technician. I believe that the Reptilians remain camouflaged (masked) most of the time. They prefer to look human because they are naturally ferocious.
EL: One of the most fascinating and disturbing aspects of your experience is the mention of aliens or "controllers of the spirit of the wicked" who fragment the soul and personality of the abductee. How do you think this is done and what objective do you think the aliens have for us?
MR: The fragmentation of the soul is mentioned in the Bible. Many times people pray and thank God for restoring their souls. I know that shock and trauma can lead to fragmentation of the soul. The people involved in occultism have their own souls fragmented by their rituals and other implications. Any serious act of sin (witchcraft, worship of Satan, Masonic ritual, homosexuality, violence against other people, etc.) can fragment the soul of the sinner as well as the victim. I do not know the mechanisms to accomplish that. The reason for their programs is clearly explained in the Bible. The ultimate goal of all programs of mind control and enslavement is worship. Lucifer wants to be God and will do everything in his power to convince or control others to worship Him. Everything else is detail.
EL: Do they have a method to drain our energy?
MR: Yes. They place a psychic "hook" in the person and drain their energy. They do it slowly so as not to arouse suspicion.
(EL-Maybe that's one of the reasons for the chronic fatigue of so many abductees!)
EL: More importantly, how can other abductees and victims of mind control protect themselves from this kind of thing?
MR:
1. The first step is to establish a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Without his help, there will be no lasting freedom from the demonic armies of the enemy.
2. Repair your body for the damage that has been done to it. Drink only pure water. No fluoride toothpaste. No MSG. Do not eat anything containing aspartame. No sweets, no liquid sweets (soft drinks). No alcohol. Consume only good fats and oils (olive oil and butter). No food in the microwave. Remove mercury fillings from your teeth.
3. Use kinesiology to balance your body.
4. Use a colon cleanser to clean the waste accumulated in your system.
5. Do a parasite clean up to kill the parasites in your colon.
6. Use the biofeedback reader to clarify and eliminate the results of any removal or involvement in mental control programs.
EL: Michael, in retrospect, do you think you would have remembered your memories if you had not done the rescue and compensation sessions?
MR: No. Without the power of the Lord Jesus Christ, there is no deliverance. These people have technology with thousands of years ahead of anything you can imagine in your craziest nightmare. They think they are invincible and in total control. You will not fight these people with technology or your own "psychic" abilities.
I am here, an ex-operator for these people, with field combat experience using remote visualization for tactical operations. I have a high psi efficiency, a "raw power" if you like, so much so that my final target end count was 70 endings. Some of them were reptilians. And I survived those operations. When I was operational, I was VERY good at my job. NONE viewer said "big name" would have lasted a microsecond against me. And it's a fact.
And all this "accomplishment" means NOTHING. They control my physical body and "shut up" like an old TV. They are not worried about "powers" and abilities. If they are not worried about me, they probably are not worried about you. It is ONLY the power of God that can free a person from this kind of control. And this deliverance is given within the time set by God as fast as he permits. It is by mistake that I volunteered for this program. In fact, I did not even deserve to go out. It is only through the mercy of Jesus Christ that I have come so far and will continue on this path.
EL: Do you think you're still being kidnapped? How can this happen?
MR: Yes. Monthly "medical check-ups" continue. We will be sleeping when a portal (gategate) opens in our room. They wake me up and trigger my programming. They say, "Come on Mr. Relfe," or something similar, and I follow them through the gate. Most of the time, this is a woman with short black hair (like a "pageboy" cut). This was once a soldier in the Black Combat Service. During the clearance session, I remember asking them questions and kicking them at the soldier. I missed him and hit the metal table and woke up the next morning with a big piece out of my nail.
It opens on a type of hospital, such as a waiting room, where a nurse greets me, discusses and does a preliminary examination (blood pressure, etc.). I am then given a medicine and driven to a table on wheels. They take me to the operating room where they give me more drugs and 1) take samples of testicles, 2) cut me between the eyes and extract something from the organ that is there. I am then sent to the recovery zone for a few hours. They then put those glasses or headgear over my eyes to insert the mental control controls. Then they leave me to recover from this procedure. Then they take me back to the gate where I go back to bed and continue sleeping. This last time (16/09/2000) I woke up with a 103 degree fever. I had this for 5 days before I started to feel better. It's been 10 days and I'm still not 100% better. Kinesiology showed that I had been "vaccinated" with something. I think I got a big dose to make sure I was immune to everything that's coming. The effects were very painful.
EL: What do you think the UFO research community and the mental control community should do to help those living MILAB experiences?
MR: They are 2 different communities. Do not forget that with nearly 10,000 visits to our website www.TheMarsRecords.com and more than 6,000 book downloads, ONLY 5 PEOPLE asked for more information. For most people, this is just entertainment and they do not want to help anyone.
The "community" of mind control is filled with "victims" who are so afraid to read something that will "trigger" that they isolate themselves from possible sources of help. They think that by talking to each other, their problems will disappear one way or another. I am here to tell you that it will not happen. These people need deliverance and they need it now.
If you do not fight demons, you do not fight mind control.
And as for the community "UFO RESEARCH", they sell t-shirts and hunt the lights in the sky. UFO research is now a business and it is controlled and compartmentalized by intelligence agencies. (EL- I must rely on this opinion!).
Within the community is a small group of people whom God has raised to help the abductees by giving them a place to turn. The problem is that when you deal with the demonic world and try to do it without Jesus Christ, you are doomed to failure. Even if these people try to help as best they can, remember that hypnosis does not help fight hypnosis. And if you discover memories, the damage caused by the experience is NOT removed. Thus, people are sometimes worse off than before.
EL: What do you think is missing from today's researchers?
MR: I can not judge a particular person because I did not walk in their place. I can only say that the pro-New Age / anti-Christian bias displayed by most UFO researchers is actually their weakness. Until these scholars accept Jesus Christ as their boss and work to accomplish what he wanted them to do, they will continue to wander in the devil's court, never finding answers to their questions.
