BELGIUM :
- Jacques Scornaux Rational Skepticism ?
(Born in 1946) is a skeptical Belgian writer. His publications are mainly
on the UFO phenomenon. At a time when he was not yet skeptical, he was a
active member of the Belgian Society for the Study of Spatial Phenomena.
Jacques Scornaux has contributed a lot to popularize and popularize the ideas of
Michel Monnerie through several articles. Text access from Monnerie was
difficult because he did not master the vocabulary of the humanities and his style
was considered clumsy. In his articles, Scornaux presented the ideas of Monnerie in
a more scientific vocabulary and in a more rigorous way, which has made it possible
to convince more people of the interest of his two works which are at the origin of
the "New ufology". (Belgium).
- Jacques Van Rillaer Rational skepticism
Jacques Van Rillaer, born in Louvain on February 14, 1944, is a Belgian psychologist
and psychotherapist, specialist in cognitive-behavioral therapies. He is Professor
Emeritus at the Catholic University of Louvain and Saint Louis University - Brussels
and conducts historical and critical research on the life and work of Sigmund Freud.

- Projet Aimant (Project Magnet).
In the early 1950s, the Canadian government introduced the PROJECT MAGNET for the
study of UFOs.The director of this project, Wilburt B. Smith, wrote publicly that
a very senior US Pentagon official said UFOs were the biggest secret they had,
even bigger than the H-bomb ( the ultimate weapon of the time). We were able to
obtain a copy of Wilburt B. Smith's research on Project Magnet.
This search was so alarming that Smith might have been murdered if he published
it, so it was not available until his death. The "PROJECT MAGNET" was able to work
with Canadian scientists who had continued to work on the inventions of Nikola Tesla,
one of the most eminent scientists in history. Tesla, who invented AC / DC power,
which helped the invention of radar and many military technologies, was the author of
hundreds of patented successful inventions. He had told some of his associates and
friends that he had invented a system of interplanetary communication through ideas
given to him by Venusians. (Canada).

FRANCE :
- Claude Poher :
(Born in 1936), member of CNES (National Center for Space Studies) and GEIPAN
(Study Group of Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena) (France).
* In 1977, under the leadership of Claude Poher, CNES created the first organization
official French scientist studying UFOs. (France).
- Claude Maugé Reasoning Skepticism
Professor of Mathematics and Physics and journalist of the journal Inforespace,
proposed to use, instead of "sociopsychological model of the UFO phenomenon
The expression "composite reductionist theory of the UFO phenomenon". (France).
- COMETA (Rapport COMETA)
The COMETA report is a document issued by COMETA, a French association for the
study of unidentified aerospace phenomena, which is currently dormant. Prefaced
by the former president of CNES, André Lebeau, it was brought to the attention
of the general public by its authors through a publication in the magazine VSD,
which gave rise to some reactions in the press. The COMETA association published
it as a publisher-led book in 2003. The COMETA report has been mentioned in several
books on UFOs. (France).
For the first time, in 1999, men, some of whom held very senior positions, agreed
to co-sign a report entirely devoted to UFO problems, saying that based on the
knowledge acquired so far, there were enough matters of national interest for this
information to be brought to the attention of the Head of State and the Prime
Minister. Since 1947, the subject disturbs, fascinates, challenges. How controversial
the question has been studied with great rigor and in many aspects (scientific,
technical, aeronautical, strategic, political, religious, media) by a French
committee made up of former auditors of the very serious Institute of Higher Defense
Studies qualified experts from all walks of life, COMETA. In this report, COMETA
studies several unexplained UFO cases, French and foreign. Highly documented, these
observations are often supported by ground tracks or confirmed by radar. Are these
earthly secret machines? In a few cases, maybe. Are we in the presence of gear of
non-terrestrial origin? This hypothesis can not be ruled out. If it turns out to be
accurate, it would have serious consequences for the Defense. (France).
- Couprie (Yves Couprie) :
Kragel - Egon Kragel and Yves Couprie (Authors of the book ''OVNIS '' (2010),
(France) .- The bulletin of the spouses Fouéré - Françine Fouéré - One of the 1st
French Ufology Association. (France).
- Gauvrit (Nicolas Gauvrit) Reasoning Skepticism
Born September 25, 1971, is a French psychologist and mathematician specialized in
cognitive science. He teaches mathematics at ESPE Lille-Nord-de-France and is an
institutional member of the university laboratory "Human and Artificial Cognition"
(CHArt). (France).
- Guillaume Lecointre Reasoning Skepticism
Guillaume Lecointre, born February 28, 1964, is a zoologist and systematicist
French. (France).
In 1993, he obtained his doctorate for a thesis on the "Study of the impact of
sampling of species and length of sequences on the robustness of
Molecular Phylogenies: Implications for the Phylogeny of Teleosts "to
Paris-Diderot University. In 1998 at the same university, he got his
habilitation to direct research following his thesis on "relations between
homoplasy and congruence of characters in phylogenetic reconstruction ".
(France).
- Igor Bogdanov : <-
(The Bogdanov brothers) - (Scientific popularizer) (France).
- Inforespace (Magazine)
Claude Maugé rational skepticism?
Professor of Mathematics and Physics and journalist of the journal Inforespace,
proposed to use, instead of "sociopsychological model of the UFO phenomenon
The expression "composite reductionist theory of the UFO phenomenon". (France).
- Jean-Jacques Velasco
* In 1987, GEPAN was finally dissolved and replaced by SEPRA (Service
expertise of the atmospheric reentries), under the direction of Jean-Jacques
Velasco. (France).
Jean-Jacques Velasco has been head of the Gep in the Cnes, which became the Expertise
Service for Rare Atmospheric Phenomena (Sepra), from 1983 to 2004. He is responsible
for: UFOs, science advances (Robert Laffont, 1993) . An investigative journalist,
Nicolas Montigiani is the author of books related to the strange and the unexplained,
including Crop Circles, maneuvers in the sky (Carnot, 2003) and Project Colorado: the
existence of UFOs proved by the science (JMG editions, 2006). Do UFOs exist? What are
they ? What are the links between them and us? In the Cnes, for nearly thirty years,
Jean-Jacques Velasco has surveyed the strangest cases of unidentified aerospace phenomena,
interviewed hundreds of witnesses and conducted some of the most advanced scientific
analyzes ever. In this book, he is personally writing one of the few global surveys
devoted to unidentified flying objects. The author has analyzed thousands of pages of
declassified US military and civil historical documents related to the passage of UFOs
spotted by civilian and military radars and draws the necessary conclusions. It
highlights in particular the relations between nuclear tests and the appearance of these
curious machines. (France).
- Jean-Pierre Petit :
(Born in 1937), astrophysicist and emeritus researcher at CNRS. (France).
* CNRS, in September 1991, the UMMO case starring Jean-Pierre Petit,
director of research at the CNRS - An article relating to extraterrestrials
Ummites. (From the planet UMMO). Publication, in the No. 731 of the magazine
"VSD" (P. 44-49). (France).
UFOs and US secret weapons :
During a conference in England, Jean-Pierre Petit, a French scientist recognized
worldwide in the field of aerospace research, questions his English, Russian and
American counterparts. For him, doubt is no longer allowed: the Americans are
showing, in terms of technological evolution and armaments, a considerable and
worrying advance on the rest of the nations. Having worked twenty-five years ago
on the idea of a wall converter thanks to the MHD (magnetohydrodynamic) process,
Jean-Pierre Petit supports the thesis that his work was recovered by the Americans
in order to be able to develop planes can fly at "mach 12", that is to say at 10,000
km / h, twice the speed of sound. While he claims that he himself was never
supported by France ("I was left in France to stagnate without a penny and without
means of research", he declares), the Americans and the Russians knew develop and
improve its project by transforming MHD into an electricity generator. Since the
dismantling of the USSR, Russia has been out of the race because of lack of funds;
France is turning a deaf ear; only the United States is able to develop undetectable
and overpowered airplanes which, seen from a distance, would be considered
unidentified flying objects ... (France).
- Jimmy Guieu :
Died (France).
Jimmy Guieu (literary pseudonym of Henri-Rene Guieu), born March 19, 1926 in ->
Aix-en-Provence and died on January 2, 2000, is a sci-fi writer, essayist ufologist
and French radio man.
1954 Science fiction writer Jimmy Guieu publishes The Flying Saucers from another
world at the Black River.
Jimmy Guieu writes his first novel at the age of 25 for the Black River editions.
The Pioneer of the Atom (1951), very inspired by alchemy, is the number 5 of the
famous collection "Anticipation", which has counted two thousand and one titles,
all authors combined. Until 1984, he published eighty-two novels in this collection,
of which he remains one of the leading authors.
- Joel Mesnard
Dir. From the magazine: '' Lumières dans la nuit '' - Ufologue (France).
* L.D.L.N. (Lumières dans la nuit). (France).
Name of a magazine devoted to UFOs. (France).
* In 1958: The magazine Lights in the night (LDLN) is founded in France by <-
Raymond Veillith at Chambon-sur-Lignon in the Haute-Loire. This review addresses
ufology but also areas such as organic farming, vegetarianism,
theology. In 2011, its editor-in-chief is Joël Mesnard and his headquarters are in
Saint-Julien-l'Ars in the Vienne. (France).
Truths and lies about UFOs:
The purpose of the book written by Joel Mesnard, a specialist in the field, is to
deepen the study of UFOs and to try to understand who we are dealing with. What does
it come out of? Certainly, there does not seem to be any piece of UFO available.
But evidence to consider their existence as a fact, yes: testimonies, multiple
observations at long distance (OMED), official documents demonstrating the certainties
of the authorities on the subject ... The author reports here, in large number,
highlighting the phenomenon of waves (concentration of UFO appearances over certain
periods). And made a full point on American studies (Condon report, Roswell case,
Anderson Peak incident ...), recalling that the appearances began well before 1946.
Are we under surveillance? Is there a threat? Or on the contrary, we humans, the
sorcerer apprentices of the nuclear bomb, are we protected? These are the fundamental
questions to which the author responds. The reader will find, at the reading, both
reasons to worry (abduction phenomenon and aggression) or to be optimistic. (France).

- Michel Monnerie Rational Skepticism?
Born in 1940.
Is a French ufologist, member of the association ‘’Lumières dans la nuit’’
(LDLN) and representative of the "new ufology". He was also president of the
Société Parisienne d'Etude des Phénomènes Spatiaux et Etranges (SPEPSE).
In 1977, he launched a pavement in the pond in the world of French-speaking
ufology in publishing the book: And if UFOs did not exist? (Paris, Les Humanoïdes
Associés).
This founding work marks the beginning of the movement that has been dubbed
"New ufology" in France. Two years later, Monnerie publishes a second work,
Le naufrage des extraterrestres (Paris, Nouvelles Editions Rationalistes, 1979).
Both publications were relatively unwelcome by the community
ufological defending the extraterrestrial hypothesis (HET). However, they influenced
a number of authors who, like Thierry Pinvidic, have become skeptical after reading
them. (France).
Other source:
Michel Monnerie has made known in France the sociopsychological hypothesis with
the publication in 1977 of his book Et si les UFOs did not exist? This thesis been
popularized in Britain by authors such as David Clarke, publisher Magonia magazine,
and journalists writing for Fortean Times magazine.
In the United States, the sociopsychological hypothesis is defended by an
organization skeptics, the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry. (France).
- Michel Zirger
French researcher Michel Zirger has written a very detailed book on contacts
extraterrestrials, which highlights George Adamski's encounters with
extraterrestrial suspects of Venus.
In We Are Here: Visitors without Passport (2017), Zirger gives a solid overview
a collection of photos and testimonials that support the famous meeting
from Adamski on November 20, 1952 near the Desert Center, California. Mr. Zirger
points out that the Adamski encounter was the first documented case of contact
with a passenger flying saucer, generally considered a Venusian extraterrestrial.

However, they influenced
a number of authors who, like Thierry Pinvidic, have become skeptical after reading
them. (France).

UFOs and US secret weapons :
During a conference in England, Jean-Pierre Petit, a French scientist recognized
worldwide in the field of aerospace research, questions his English, Russian and
American counterparts. For him, doubt is no longer allowed: the Americans are
showing, in terms of technological evolution and armaments, a considerable and
worrying advance on the rest of the nations. Having worked twenty-five years ago
on the idea of a wall converter thanks to the MHD (magnetohydrodynamic) process,
Jean-Pierre Petit supports the thesis that his work was recovered by the Americans
in order to be able to develop planes can fly at "mach 12", that is to say at
10,000 km / h, twice the speed of sound. While he claims that he himself was never
supported by France ("I was left in France to stagnate without a penny and without
means of research", he declares), the Americans and the Russians knew develop and
improve its project by transforming MHD into an electricity generator. Since the
dismantling of the USSR, Russia has been out of the race because of lack of funds;
France is turning a deaf ear; only the United States is able to develop undetectable
and overpowered airplanes which, seen from a distance, would be considered unidentified
flying objects ... (France).

- Rapport COMETA (COMETA)
The COMETA report is a document issued by COMETA, a French association for the study
of unidentified aerospace phenomena, which is currently dormant. Prefaced by the
former president of CNES, André Lebeau, it was brought to the attention of the general
public by its authors through a publication in the magazine VSD, which gave rise to
some reactions in the press. The COMETA association published it as a publisher-led
book in 2003. The COMETA report has been mentioned in several books on UFOs. (France).
For the first time, in 1999, men, some of whom held very senior positions, agreed
to co-sign a report entirely devoted to UFO problems, saying that based on the
knowledge acquired so far, there were enough matters of national interest for this
information to be brought to the attention of the Head of State and the Prime Minister.
Since 1947, the subject disturbs, fascinates, challenges. How controversial the question
has been studied with great rigor and in many aspects (scientific, technical, aeronautical,
strategic, political, religious, media) by a French committee made up of former auditors
of the very serious Institute of Higher Defense Studies qualified experts from all
walks of life, COMETA. In this report, COMETA studies several unexplained UFO cases,
French and foreign. Highly documented, these observations are often supported by ground
tracks or confirmed by radar. Are these earthly secret machines? In a few cases, maybe.
Are we in the presence of gear of non-terrestrial origin? This hypothesis can not be
ruled out. If it turns out to be accurate, it would have serious consequences for the Defense.

(France).

from Adamski on November 20, 1952 near the Desert Center, California. Mr. Zirger
points out that the Adamski encounter was the first documented case of contact
with a passenger flying saucer, generally considered a Venusian extraterrestrial.

The squadron was stationed at the Ent Air Force Base (in Colorado) and later moved
to Fort Belvoir (in Virginia). And he had operational units in the field (from 3 to 18
men) spread throughout the country. (USA).
All UFO reports arrived at 4602d ISSA before any transmission to Project Blue Book.
The latter was in fact only a "façade", a project put in place only to reassure the
population in a concern of "public relations". And who did not have access to reports
above the "Secret" level.
The 4602d ISSA deals with sensitive UFO cases, requiring a high level of
classification, in addition to its work related to national security (it is a unit that
depends and is still part of conventional military intelligence). Thus, many UFO
reports will be diverted from "Blue Book", which will never know about it. (USA).
4602b ISSA exists and is responsible for the Moon Dust Project and the Blue Fly Unit.

"men in black". In the late 1990s, John C. Sherwood revealed
finally that Barker published in his ufological fanzine, in the form of articles,
(thus presented as objectives) texts which, initially, were submitted to him
as being science fiction news.
Men in black would be a legend that he created from scratch, before it was recovered

- CONDON - Report :
Last part of the "Blue Book Project" (1969). Written by Dr. Edward Condon; he began
his investigation by saying that UFOs are illusions, that people who believe in it are
fools, that the authors of books on the subject should be flogged and bluebook is a
waste of time. Extremely difficult to read, this report concluded to the non-existence
of UFOs ... (USA).
* In 1968, physicist Edward U. Condon of the University of Colorado is commissioned
by the US military to study the phenomenon of UFOs. After three years <-
study, its report will conclude that there is no scientific interest and no
evidence of the existence of extraterrestrial craft. Astronomer J. Allen Hynek,
Director, Lindheimer Observatory, Northwestern University and Advisor
US Air Force, intervenes in the debate to denounce the campaign of
contempt of scientists for public opinion. A vast press campaign is

He went then at the Lick Observatory but left in 1932 for a position at Harvard.
He did research on the sun first, before focusing on the study of gaseous nebulae.
He wrote A Field Guide to the Stars and Planets, part of the Peterson Fields
Guides. The personality of Dr. Donald Howard Menzel is even more related to the
UFO fact than any other, since Professor of Astrophysics at Harvard, former director
of the Harvard College Observatory and member of the Smithonian Astrophysical
Observatory, Menzel was one of the fiercest deniers of the UFO phenomenon.
(USA).
In1953 the American astronomer Donald Menzel publishes his book Flying Saucers,

for almost 70 years the US government has engaged in an extensive "official effort"
of disinformation, intimidation and tampering with evidence in order to maintain a
non-disclosure policy about extraterrestrial presence. Writes Dr. Salla: "Ever since
I began to publish the early versions of the chapters in this book in January 2003 as

Extraterrestrials captured in Brazil :
Dr. Roger K. Leir, well known in the world of ufology for his alleged implant operations
of extraterrestrial origin, was able to investigate Varginha, in 2003, thanks to his
Brazilian ufologist friends, including the lawyer Ubirajara Rodrigues. He related his
investigation in this lively and interesting book, whose subject should leave no one
indifferent: that of an alleged UFO crash in Brazil. It occurred in January 1996, near
the city of Varginha, located in the state of Minas Gerais, northwest of Rio de Janeiro.
According to several witnesses, civilians and soldiers, the army captured several surviving
beings. Unlike other records of alleged UFO accidents, such as Roswell in 1947, we have a
recent case. In addition, it turns out that several investigators in the region - Ufology
is active in this country with a rich history of observations - were able to get to work
quickly and collect in a few months a series of concordant testimonies. Today, investigations
are continuing, to find new witnesses, and this is precisely what happened during the visit
of Roger Leir, which gives his book a particular value. One of them is a doctor from Varginha,
known to investigators but not having spoken so far ... (USA).

that were bookstore successes in the West1: Flying Saucers Have Landed (co-written
with Desmond Leslie) in 1953 (The flying saucers have landed, 1954), Inside the Space
Ships in 1955 (Inside spaceships, 1979) and Flying Saucers Farewell in 1961(The Farewell

Saucerian Publications.
1956 Gray Barker publishes their book They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers,
first book dedicated to Men in Black. (USA).
Gray Barker reportedly introduced for the first time into They knew too much about
flying saucers (They knew too much about flying saucers) the ufology theme
"men in black". In the late 1990s, John C. Sherwood revealed
finally that Barker published in his ufological fanzine, in the form of articles,
(thus presented as objectives) texts which, initially, were submitted to him
as being science fiction news.
Men in black would be a legend that he created from scratch, before it was
recovered and repeated in UFO folklore. His work is nevertheless a classic of ufology
and was translated into French in 2002 with a presentation and annotations of the
sociologist Pierre Lagrange. (USA).

Interplanetary Phenomena) responsible for the recovery of spacecraft and space debris.
This unit, whose existence was well established, was totally dependent on the US Army,
not the US Air Force. Its creation dates from the end of 1947, which would correspond

paranormal. He also works as a consultant for document review
historical and helped to expose famous frauds such as for example the
alleged newspaper of Jack the Ripper.

member of his executive board. He writes regularly for their magazine, Skeptical
Inquirer. He worked professionally as a private investigator, journalist and
university instructor. He is the author and publisher of some forty books.
The asteroid (31451) Joenickell was named in his honor. (USA).
- John Rhodes

and underground tunnels under the earth where reptilians would have taken refuge
after a big disaster. (USA).
- Joseph. Allen Hynek :
(May 1, 1910 - April 27, 1986). (USA).
1973: Hynek establishes CUFOS, an international scientific research association
UFOs that absorbs the Invisible College.
Project - Blue Book.
US project, aiming to make the "official point" on UFOs, by the US Air Force.
Thirteen thousand reports did not prevent the US Air Force from declaring that UFOs
did not exist!
The latest public investigation project of the US air force about UFOs, which has
started in 1952. Its purpose was to explain UFO sightings, to determine if they were
constituted a danger to National Security, or if UFOs could bring scientific knowledge
to the authorities. Reports have been collected, analyzed and ranked according to
their results.
Nobody had noticed anything until a member of the team of investigators send his
own observation report. This report was filed, but when the man wanted to refer to
his statement, she had disappeared.
He then issued the assumption that reports that remained unexplained were
removed from the files and sent to a higher authority; this thesis has now been
adopted by many ufologists. The Blue Book project was abandoned in 1969,
following the publication of the Condon Report. One of the investigators,
Dr. J. Allen Hynek, then founded the first scientific UFO group, the Center for UFO
Studies (Center for Ufology Studies), 1973. (USA).
- Kenny Biddle
An experienced paranormal investigator. You can learn more about Kenny in
watching some of his shows on YouTube. We imagine that this can be a little
controversial, since Kenny has debunked many frauds over the years and
that not everyone is happy with that. (USA).

- Kurtz (Paul Kurtz) Rational Skepticism
Paul Kurtz, born December 21, 1925 in Newark, New Jersey and died on the 20th
October 2012, is an American philosopher. (USA).
He is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the State University of New York at Buffalo
and is best known for his role in the American skeptical community. He is the founder
and director of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, the Council for Secular Humanism
and Prometheus books. He is also editor-in-chief of Free Inquiry and is an honorary
member of various science-related associations. Asteroid 6629, says Kurtz, was named
in his honor.
In his youth, he was politically left-wing, but later explained that his service in
the US Army during the Second World War had taught him the dangers of ideologies.
He was one of the first allied soldiers to enter the Buchenwald and Dachau camps.
He also saw Russian prisoners in Germany refuse to return to their country of origin
at the end of the war.
Kurtz (influenced by the book Humanism: A New Religion2) is clearly responsible for
the secular humanism that he presents as a religion without a supernatural basis.
For him, atheists and other skeptics must take life in a positive way. In his view,
religious skepticism is only one aspect of secular humanism, which also includes a
vision of the human condition that is both ethical and rational.
As founding father of the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of
the Paranormal, he is one of the figures. (USA).

In the United States, the sociopsychological hypothesis is defended by an organization
of skeptics, the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry. (USA).

He studied at the University of Denver and obtained his doctorate at Princeton.
Observatory, Menzel was one of the fiercest deniers of the UFO
phenomenon.(USA).
In1953 the American astronomer Donald Menzel publishes his book Flying Saucers,
in which he explains the appearance of flying saucers by simple meteorological
phenomena. (USA).

According to Dr. Michael Salla and many other experts in the field of ET research,
for almost 70 years the US government has engaged in an extensive "official effort"
of disinformation, intimidation and tampering with evidence in order to maintain a
non-disclosure policy about extraterrestrial presence. Writes Dr. Salla: "Ever since
I began to publish the early versions of the chapters in this book in January 2003

allowed to conduct their experiments (abductions). (USA).
MOON DUST PROJECT - A specialized method of the US Air Force concerning all the equipment
of the program of exploitation to be able to locate, recover and deliver foreign
space vehicles, which would have crashed.
Sources of information about the Moon Dust Project ("Dust of the Moon"),
come mostly from declassified secret documents, have become
accessible through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). That's enough
paradoxical, when we know the nature of the project and its extreme proximity to
the UFO phenomenon.
In the end, there is very little direct evidence of people who have been part of
Moon Dust Project itself. No more than three, one of whom is anonymous (so
subject to bail). There are of course testimonials on many cases of crash, but
almost never the recovery staff themselves. (USA).
The Moon Dust Project and Operation Blue Fly are a reality and their goals are to
recover UFOs and their extraterrestrial occupants. And then send it all to an existing
army service expressly for that (the FDT), and dealing with technologically and
scientifically studying the remains of UFOs as well as corpses.
That there have been several cases of crash with recovery of wrecks and bodies.
And at least two of which we can be certain. Since of the 8 documents in the State
Department (those of the DIA) that exist, "two still can not be disclosed". And the Air

and is best known for his role in the American skeptical community.
He was
one of the first allied soldiers to enter the Buchenwald and Dachau camps. He also saw
Russian prisoners in Germany refuse to return to their country of origin at the end of
the war.
As founding father of the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the
Paranormal, he is one of the figures. (USA).

Vegas. Penn Jillette is the speaker while Teller does not usually speak, speaking
mainly by mimes and mimics. Beside the magic, the duo has also done
note for his advocacy in favor of atheism, scientific skepticism and
of libertarianism, especially through their Penn TV show
and Teller: Bullnuts !.

The successor of the Sign Project, which was originally created to hide the UFO
problem. Journalists were encouraged to write that UFOs did not exist not.
The final report stated that all evidence could be challenged on the psychological,
even though the number of stories had increased by 23% since the Sign Project;
thus, any additional investigation should be seriously rethought, which was the case.
The Grudge Project ended in 1950. (USA).

The creation of a first unit, the IPU, "Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit" (Unit for
Interplanetary Phenomena) responsible for the recovery of spacecraft and space debris.
This unit, whose existence was well established, was totally dependent on the US Army,
not the US Air Force. Its creation dates from the end of 1947, which would correspond
to the wish of the American Defense, to answer General Twinings' concerns. This unit
was turned off in the fifties. (USA).

the US Air Force. There is an official version published by the Pentagon on 10
December 1948 and an earlier, unofficial secret report written in 1948 by the
SIGN project staff and made public in 1956. In the secret report, the
Sign scientists explain how the extraterrestrial hypothesis is, in their view, the
more plausible to explain the nature of the most mysterious UFOs, before the
document was rejected and destroyed in 1960. The Pentagon's official report
that UFOs were "either not real or derived from a technology unknown in
from the USSR ". ->

- Report Condon :
Last part of the "Blue Book Project" (1969). Written by Dr. Edward Condon;
he began his investigation by saying that UFOs are illusions, that people who believe
in it are fools, that the authors of books on the subject should be flogged and
bluebook is a waste of time. Extremely difficult to read, this report concluded to the
non-existence of UFOs ... (USA).
* Another source of the creation of the Condon Report 1966 to 1968 by Edward
U.Condon.
* In 1968, physicist Edward U. Condon of the University of Colorado is commissioned
by the US military to study the phenomenon of UFOs. After three years
study, its report will conclude that there is no scientific interest and no
evidence of the existence of extraterrestrial craft. Astronomer J. Allen Hynek,
Director, Lindheimer Observatory, Northwestern University and Advisor
US Air Force, intervenes in the debate to denounce the campaign of

According to several witnesses, civilians and soldiers, the army captured several surviving
beings. Unlike other records of alleged UFO accidents, such as Roswell in 1947, we have
a recent case. In addition, it turns out that several investigators in the region - Ufology
is active in this country with a rich history of observations - were able to get to work
quickly and collect in a few months a series of concordant testimonies. Today,
investigations are continuing, to find new witnesses, and this is precisely what happened
during the visit of Roger Leir, which gives his book a particular value. One of them
is a doctor from Varginha, known to investigators but not having spoken so far ... (USA).
