They can be from the Zeta Reticuli or Orion constellation.
There are at least 3 types on Earth, large and small gray. There are also the "gray" with big nose (Betelgeuse) and probably so many others. The true "gray beings" with a divine essence should not be confused with the EBE (extraterrestrial biological entities) which are biological robots used to perform low tasks, for example related to abductions, they are devoid of souls or divine essence and are programmed. Betelgeusians self-service ("malevolent") with negative / malicious Nordic Rigelians (beings who seem to have been conquered by the Reptilians and seem to be under their control), the Saurians / Reptilians (who also threatened me / intimidated with my family), and the Zetas are all self-service (with their agenda towards us aka "confinement"). Based on those I know, they are obviously interested in their spiritual evolution (negative aspect of self service in particular), which is a constant among AND to my knowledge.
All these races sent me "black" energy (of very low frequency) in profusion at the level of the chakras and in the brain and so on. as well as continual psychic attacks to keep me from talking to you about them and their methods. They even went as far as sent a super soldier of the Cabal who attacked me psychically. These beings are less psychologically strong than the ETs, I was able to "compare". They regularly prevent me from sleeping in order to get tired and lower my vibrations.
They hooked up my consciousness on an AI to send me visualization attacks every time I looked at people. They even led nightmares and dreams to my loved ones in order to reach me indirectly. The expression of their love (quality of) can be rather masculine with accaparating, oppressive, inquisitive and controlling / dominant tendency.
Their love can be feminine through the expression of an over-protective energy to the point of preventing others from doing their experiments or wanting to experiment in the place of the other, through the other (for various reasons) . I think these beings are partly looking outside what they do not think they can find in them. They value others as "other Soi", that is, they think that what is good for them is good for others, even if it means (or tries to) impose on them their own desires and concepts.

There are several main categories of shadow beings on Earth that I know, there are others without them, they sometimes work together if they see an interest serving their "cause or polarity". Their principle is to contribute to creating frequency bases which they can feed on both literally and figuratively. The nature of their actions is one that allows them to "feed" their system of confinement from the outside, so it is expensive (and therefore masculine) because it does not create enough energy to survive inside of himself.

The "gray" type beings
They can be from the Zeta Reticuli or Orion constellation.
There are at least 3 types on Earth, large and small gray. There are also the "gray" with big nose (Betelgeuse) and probably so many others. The true "gray beings" with a divine essence should not be confused with the EBE (extraterrestrial biological entities) which are biological robots used to perform low tasks, for example related to abductions, they are devoid of souls or divine essence and are programmed. These EBEs frequently accompany "pirating mantis" during abductions.
Here, ET Betelgeusians (star of the Orion constellation) who are on Earth today, like so many others.
They would be quite small, especially present in a submarine base in a rift zone (Atlantic at first sight but I'm not sure). They serve self-service (service-to-self), that is, they themselves, and seemingly have great ideas about their "sacrosanct" negative polarity. Some of them would live in a ship and not on a planet. They are very cautious and like to stay in the shadows ... They deliver little information about them and communicate little to confuse the tracks. They would serve as a sort of communicator or intermediary with Orion's negative separation consciousnesses. Their energy, when confronted with it, can appear very disturbing, with a very unhealthy or "morbid / putrid" sensation (without wanting to shock) to a certain extent.
Betelgeusians self-service ("malevolent") with negative / malicious Nordic Rigelians (beings who seem to have been conquered by the Reptilians and seem to be under their control), the Saurians / Reptilians (who also threatened me / intimidated with my family), and the Zetas are all self-service (with their agenda towards us aka "confinement"). Based on those I know, they are obviously interested in their spiritual evolution (negative aspect of self service in particular), which is a constant among AND to my knowledge.
All these races sent me "black" energy (of very low frequency) in profusion at the level of the chakras and in the brain and so on. as well as continual psychic attacks to keep me from talking to you about them and their methods. They even went as far as sent a super soldier of the Cabal who attacked me psychically. These beings are less psychologically strong than the ETs, I was able to "compare". They regularly prevent me from sleeping in order to get tired and lower my vibrations.
They hooked up my consciousness on an AI to send me visualization attacks every time I looked at people. They even led nightmares and dreams to my loved ones in order to reach me indirectly. Of course they act in groups and preferably in-numbers by taking advantage of their superior abilities. They are more negative than others.
I worked with human and non-human lightwarriors to minimize the problems they created for me. The extraterrestrials of the Light protect me permanently ... I do not give you that to complain because I chose to resist these black beings and I also have my faults, however such are their methods. I do not want to describe everything because it is too negative and nightmarish. All this may seem bewildering, but that's what I've been living for 4 years and a half.

Later, interacting more with them, I found that the functioning characteristics of these "gray" type beings make them great manipulators, and sometimes angry if they can not control and dominate others. There are sources that even indicate that they have tried to manipulate us genetically with the Orion group by depriving us of our pineal gland which is a link to the divine and the spiritual in order to prevent our evolution and make us controllable.
